Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best.

**RFP Strategy Development**

+ Lead the end-to-end management of the RFP response process, including analysis, writing, and presentation of proposals.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the RFP process, addressing inquiries and providing updates, as necessary.
+ Develop strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs and enhance proposal effectiveness.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**
+ Monitor the success rates of RFP submissions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
+ Prepare reports for senior management on RFP outcomes and the effectiveness of strategies employed.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5+ years of Project Management experience- Proficient in managing multiple RFPs simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
+ Ability to analyze RFP requirements and assess the competitive landscape to inform proposal strategies

+ Collaborate with PAC and the market research lead to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform proposal strategies.
+ Utilize insights from market analysis to enhance the quality and competitiveness of RFP responses.
**Quality Assurance**
+ Review and edit proposal drafts for clarity, coherence, and alignment with client requirements.
+ Implement a quality control process to ensure that all submissions meet high standards of excellence.
**Client Engagement**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the RFP process, addressing inquiries and providing updates, as necessary.
+ Develop strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs and enhance proposal effectiveness.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**
+ Monitor the success rates of RFP submissions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
+ Prepare reports for senior management on RFP outcomes and the effectiveness of strategies employed.
+ Share knowledge and best practices to build organizational capacity for handling RFPs.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5+ years of Project Management experience- Proficient in managing multiple RFPs simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
+ Ability to analyze RFP requirements and assess the competitive landscape to inform proposal strategies
+ Meticulous in reviewing proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
+ Understanding of the Pharmacy, Payer and PBM industry and B2B sales processes to effectively address client needs and challenges.
+ Strong ability to write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
+ Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions to enhance the proposal's attractiveness to potential clients.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
+ Familiarity with RFP management software and tools that enhance collaboration and streamline the proposal process

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. $104,000 - $143,000 per year
