**Job Description**
**Turner & Townsend Heery** is seeking a **Construction Program Executive** in the Portland area. The Program Executive will manage programs for public sector school programs.
The candidate should have strong leadership, communications, project management and problem solving skills. The Program Executive will be expected to manage activities in coordination with other internal and external project management groups in the execution of development and construction activities. A technical background is highly desirable.

**Qualifications**

+ Experience managing the planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout phases of a project.
+ Experience with alternative contract delivery- CM/GC specific.
+ Experience with Oregon public contracting and ORS/OAR/BOLI compliance.

PCG is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead technical oversight on a public sector state government modernization project while continuing to support building the team and portfolio of projects in our Technology Consulting Practice Area.
This Senior consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for providing expert advice, assistance, and guidance to support a major ERP Migration project and ensure all project requirements are met. **The Role**
Lumen is seeking a Lead Program Control Consultant to support our Government Program Control Office (PCO). In this key role, you'll contribute to the financial and operational success of federal programs by supporting pricing strategies, budget planning, and performance analysis.
This is an expanded role within Lumen's PCO group, which will be taking unmanaged accounts and transforming them into program controlled accounts. Experience with developing projects from conception and using innovation to design are key.
