We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, maintaining files, managing communications, and supporting staff across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

Bill Braack – then the Air Show Director of Operations – stepped into her role. Due to COVID-19 concerns and restrictions, the Oregon Air Show cancelled the 2020 show – scheduled for September 25–27 at the McMinnville Municipal Airport. It was the first time in Oregon Air Show history that the show was cancelled. In 2021, the Oregon Air Show planned to produce two shows. The first show was to be at the Hillsboro Airport from May 21-23, 2021, but was deferred to 2022 due to COVID-19 concerns and restrictions. Responsibilities:

As a PT,  You’ll Achieve Success By:

  • Reviewing patients' medical history
    • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
    • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
    • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
    • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
Qualifications:

Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Washington

  • Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech
  • must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified

Duties Responsibilities

CT technologists, operate CT equipment, which produces cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions.

  • Positioning patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
  • Appropriately setting the controls of the related equipment, monitoring equipment and patient, making adjustments as necessary
  • Assisting radiologist with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast, if applicable
  • Dispensing oral contrast to patients for CT scans
  • Assisting radiologist with interventional CT procedures
  • Evaluating CT scans for technical quality, collating processed images in sequence of exposure and appropriately labeling
  • Scheduling patients for procedures and assisting with some clerical functions
  • Charging procedures and supplies used to the patient record
  • Loading and operating power injections for contrast media administration
  • Delivers quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
  • Works effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
  • Promotes and maintains a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
