We're looking for a Judicial Security & Data Analyst to join a statewide government agency dedicated to protecting the courts and supporting high-profile security initiatives. This unique role combines investigative analysis, database management, and cross-agency coordination - perfect for someone who's equally comfortable interpreting intelligence and working with technology-driven solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze evidence, crime reports, and security-related data to identify trends, threats, and actionable intelligence
- Manage and maintain security-related databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborate with judicial leadership, law enforcement, and other agencies on security operations and best practices
- Facilitate the exchange of information and intelligence between stakeholders at the local, state, and federal level
- Provide insights to support criminal investigations, public safety assessments, and homeland security initiatives
- Assist in developing and delivering security-focused training to judicial personnel
- Travel within Georgia for meetings, training, and operational support (occasional overnight travel)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Two years of related professional experience in security analysis, criminal justice, or a data-driven analyst role
- Ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data systems and reporting tools
- Experience as a Criminal Justice Analyst or Intelligence Analyst
- Familiarity with database management, crime analysis tools, or law enforcement systems

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $86,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 121,700 to 211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
- Under our flexible vacation policy, youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. Youll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.

The opportunity
EY is seeking a seasoned Integration Platform Developer with a strong background in Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), Kafka, microservices, and API integration. This role is crucial for leading the development and integration of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that support the clients strategic objectives and enable seamless data flow across various systems.
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain robust integration platforms that facilitate real-time data processing and communication between disparate services. You will be at the forefront of creating and managing the infrastructure that supports microservices and event-driven systems, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop integration solutions using Kafka and other EDA tools to enable real-time data streaming and processing
- Design and implement microservices that are scalable, resilient, and easily maintainable
- Develop API integration patterns and set up API management solutions to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration services to ensure quick and reliable deployment of new features
- Lead the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within the integration domain
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting technical processes and training materials
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in integration platforms, EDA, and microservices architecture
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Kafka-based event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and patterns
- Hands-on experience with API development, management, and integration
- Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for integration services
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Go
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, preferably Azure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive and flexible working style with a strong sense of ownership and problem resolution
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across formal and informal contexts
- The ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
- A collaborative approach to working with Business Analytics, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to develop technical architectures for strategic projects
- The capacity to coordinate with various teams to understand data requirements and design solutions that support advanced analytics and machine learning
