The opportunity: The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). This position supports the Assurance team by directing and managing the Assurance work. This position will provide day-to-day management of Associate Analyst I through Senior Analyst (Analysts) ranks.
Your key responsibilities- Provide management, supervision, and evaluation of Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Associate Analysts
- Manage the administration of audit reporting and documentation
- Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships from analysis of financial statements and raise the issue to the engagement senior manager for resolution
- Apply accounting and auditing concepts to client situations
- Complete and/or oversee documentation and execution of specific audit procedures
- Identify opportunities to enhance audit techniques and provide recommendations to the engagement senior manager
- Drive development of audit and accounting client deliverables
- Perform financial and audit data analytics
- Monitor project scope and schedule and the progress of client engagement deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across other EY functional groups
- Meet engagement project expectations defined by project and engagement stakeholders
- Identify, communicate, and address project risks, assumptions, and constraints
- Direct field work, inform supervisors of the engagement status, and manage Analyst performance
- Manage resources, communications, and cost management of projects/programs
- Assume responsibility for the collection and documentation of project and engagement financial, accounting, and audit-related information for daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting, as directed
- Assume responsibility for the completion and delivery of engagement-specific work products and deliverables
- Direct, review, and analyze the work of Associate Analyst I through Senior Analyst ranks
- Communicate the progress of the assigned tasks on a period basis to the senior manager
- Communicate with the client in connection with executing audit procedures, as necessary

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $58,900 to $34,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is 70,700 to 153,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. **Your key responsibilities**
+ Provide technical help desk support to customers calling the Service Support Desk (i.e., Help Desk) to resolve problems or issues with the IDMS and/or EIWS, as well as troubleshoot connectivity and other user problems related to:
+ Initiating the chain of trust for identity proofing and providing trusted services to confirm employer sponsorship, binding the applicant to their biometric, and validating the identity source documentation; and HSPD-12 Program and Card Management Support Services
+ Initializing PIV cards with appropriate software and data elements for the requested identity verification, personalize the cards with the identity credentials of authorized subjects, and deliver the personalized cards to the authorized subject along with appropriate instructions for protection and use.

This team assists our clients with aligning a security management strategy with their business goals by assessing, designing, training, implementing and operating cybersecurity processes and solutions. This function is supported by our strategic alliances with third-party vendors and leveraging cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37).
The Senior Analyst provides seasoned cybersecurity troubleshooting, analysis, and technical expertise, oversees the work of junior team members, and serves as escalation point for more complex technical issues.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and assess security architecture for technologies such as SaaS, PaaS, laaS, AI/ML, and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
+ Develop and implement application and cloud security architectures, primarily in AWS as well as Azure and Oracle
+ Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, OWASP, CIS, STIG, SOX, CMMC and DFAR requirements
+ Conduct network security assessments, focusing on ZTA, secure connectivity (Firewall Ingress/Egress), and data encryption, and key management
+ Manage workload independently and escalate issues proactively; Collaborate directly with Product Owners to explain technical architecture requirements and address any related questions
+ Effectively lead and motivate service delivery center team who support technology consulting engagements and provide technical leadership with the SRC&R service operations and delivery
+ Provide guidance and direction to the on-site GPS SRC&R consultants in identifying process improvements, including junior staff members, enhancing existing SRC&R solutions and operating SRC&R processes as required
