Our Government & Public Sector-Financial Accounting Advisory Services (GPS-FAAS) team is growing exponentially, and as a Senior Manager you'll play a key role in that growth. **Your key responsibilities**

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $145,200 to $31,800. The 911 Engineer is responsible for general service, system emergencies, and customer service across all regions of the Navy 911 RMS system. The 911 Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of the Navy's 911 emergency response systems. This position demands a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to manage complex projects under stringent timelines.
**Summary of essential job functions**
Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise and oversight for the installation and maintenance of Navy 911 systems.
**General Maintenance:**
+ Performs and supervises general maintenance of 911 equipment and circuits.
+ Responsible for providing Subject Matter Expertise to the Navy 911 Service Manager for any system emergencies that may arise.
**Network Infrastructure:**
+ Conducts network infrastructure site surveys and develops corresponding diagrams, rack elevation drawings, and other technical artifacts.
**Installation and Maintenance Management:**
+ Manages all installation and maintenance activities for the Navy 911 network.
+ Provides Subject Matter Expertise to the Service Manager to meet contract response times when issues occur.

AT&T has an opening to fill a Network Support Technician (NST) position to support an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) program. Specifically, the position will support Information Technology Field Operations (ITFO) in San Antonio, TX **.**
The NST provides onsite and remote Tier 2 support that requires prompt action and quick resolution of user IT issues to minimize downtime. These IT issues include hardware, software, applications, network diagnostics, cloud and other IT services, as requested.
The NST reports to an Area Technical Lead and provides IT Field Operations (ITFO) support for 24x7 LANs and associated applications, peripherals, connectivity, and end-users in a Service Desk supported Tier II environment. **The opportunity**
The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). This position supports the Assurance team by directing and managing Assurance work. This position will provide day-to-day management of Associate Analyst I through Senior Analyst (Analysts) ranks.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Provide management, supervision and evaluation of Senior Analysts, Analysts and Associate Analysts
+ Manage the administration of audit reporting and documentation
+ Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships from analysis of financial statements and raise the issue to the engagement senior manager for resolution
+ Apply accounting and auditing concepts to client situations
+ Complete and/or oversee documentation and execution of specific audit procedures
+ Identify opportunities to enhance audit techniques and provide recommendation to the engagement senior manager
+ Drive development of audit and accounting client deliverables
+ Perform financial and audit data analytics
+ Monitor project scope and schedule and the progress of client engagement deliverables.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across other EY functional groups

**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and assess security architecture for technologies such as SaaS, PaaS, laaS, AI/ML, and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
+ Develop and implement application and cloud security architectures, primarily in AWS as well as Azure and Oracle
+ Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, OWASP, CIS, STIG, SOX, CMMC and DFAR requirements
+ Conduct network security assessments, focusing on ZTA, secure connectivity (Firewall Ingress/Egress), and data encryption, and key management
+ Manage workload independently and escalate issues proactively; Collaborate directly with Product Owners to explain technical architecture requirements and address any related questions

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Enrollment Process Management:

  • Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card Activations, Enrollments, Certificate Updates and PIN Resets.
  • Answering phone calls/email inquiries for all things related to PIV credentials and access control matters.
  • Coordinate and conduct the enrollment process for PIV cards, including verifying the identity of applicants and collecting required documentation.
  • Manage appointments and schedules to accommodate a steady flow of applicants while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Documentation and Data Collection:

  • Accurately collect and document personal information, biometric data (such as fingerprints), and other necessary details from applicants.
  • Ensure that all required documents and forms are properly completed and submitted according to established guidelines.

Verification and Authentication:

  • Verify the authenticity of provided documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
  • Use approved verification methods to ensure the identity of applicants before proceeding with the enrollment process.

Data Security and Privacy:

  • Handle sensitive personal information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data protection regulations and organizational security protocols.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of collected data and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

Communication:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants, explaining the enrollment process, required documents, and any additional steps they need to follow.
  • Provide excellent customer service to address questions and concerns related to the enrollment process.
  • Escalation management, as it involves listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs and expectations.
  • De-escalated problematic customer concerns, maintaining calm, friendly demeanor.

Recordkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process, including documentation of each applicant's information, enrollment date, and any issues encountered.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets tracking status of new applicant, contractor, and federal employee files.

Compliance and Training:

  • Stay up to date with relevant policies, regulations, and procedures related to PIV card enrollment.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of enrollment processes, data security practices, and customer service skills.
Qualifications

Required Competencies:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, customer service, or administrative position may be advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
