We are seeking a **Service Support Desk Analyst** to support our growing team.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Provide technical help desk support to customers calling the Service Support Desk (i.e., Help Desk) to resolve problems or issues with the IDMS and/or EIWS, as well as troubleshoot connectivity and other user problems related to:
+ Initiating the chain of trust for identity proofing and providing trusted services to confirm employer sponsorship, binding the applicant to their biometric, and validating the identity source documentation; and HSPD-12 Program and Card Management Support Services
+ Initializing PIV cards with appropriate software and data elements for the requested identity verification, personalize the cards with the identity credentials of authorized subjects, and deliver the personalized cards to the authorized subject along with appropriate instructions for protection and use.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $32,900 to $4,300. AT&T has an opening for a Lead Client Solutions Executive III Mobility Mission Critical to drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales and delivering FirstNet/AT&T Mobility products services and/or solutions to address customers' strategic business priorities.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ **Prospecting & Sales:** Target State and Local Government Accounts through cold calling, appointment setting, and relationship building. Focus on identifying business needs and recommending solutions like FirstNet Connections and Mission Critical services.
+ **Proposal & Bid Management: Create** mobility proposals, respond to RFPs, manage e-Rate needs, and oversee the bid process. Collaborate with pricing and ICB teams to deliver competitive quotes.
+ **Account Strategy:** Lead acquisition efforts for white space/zero-billing accounts by prioritizing opportunities, setting appointments, and driving business growth within the assigned geography.
+ **Collaboration:** Coordinate strategy meetings with Mobility/Wireline CSEs and solution partners to ensure comprehensive account coverage.
+ **Client Management:** Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and tailored presentations to address their unique needs.
+ **Market Awareness:** Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
+ **Customer Support:** Assist with resolving customer disputes, account discrepancies, and other issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
**Required Qualifications:**
+ The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Mobility and AT&T FirstNet solutions, along with at least 5 years of practical experience selling AT&T mobility products. Familiarity and expertise with SLED-based accounts are highly preferred, as well as a demonstrated history of sales success in working with strategic accounts.
+ Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
+ Strong understanding technology, applications, and solutions.
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques.
+ Knowledge onboarding processes is a plus.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Desired** **Education/Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
+ 5-10 years of sales related experience. Strongly preferred in Public Sector & First Net
+ Able to solve problems and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Proficient in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs.
+ Proficient to Identify, Qualifies, Propose, and Close Opportunities
+ Be able to gathers pertinent information from customers for design, pricing and ordering
+ Able to develops sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook (RMT)
Our Sales Executives earn a base salary between $ 94,100 - $41,100 + commission with a total target compensation of 159,100 - 206,100.
