**The opportunity**
Our Government & Public Sector-Financial Accounting Advisory Services (GPS-FAAS) team is growing exponentially, and as a Senior Manager you'll play a key role in that growth. Working across all Federal GPS sector service lines, you'll develop your career by communicating creative, strategic goals both internally and externally. **Your key responsibilities**
The nature of this role means no two projects will be the same. That means you'll need to think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues. You'll also be collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines, so we'll look to you to build relationships and identify opportunities for our clients to benefit from our knowledge in other areas. Regular travel will be required as you will be meeting with key clients, some of those being the most respected in their fields.

**To qualify for the role you must have**

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $145,200 to $31,800. **Your key responsibilities**
+ Provide technical help desk support to customers calling the Service Support Desk (i.e., Help Desk) to resolve problems or issues with the IDMS and/or EIWS, as well as troubleshoot connectivity and other user problems related to:
+ Initiating the chain of trust for identity proofing and providing trusted services to confirm employer sponsorship, binding the applicant to their biometric, and validating the identity source documentation; and HSPD-12 Program and Card Management Support Services
+ Initializing PIV cards with appropriate software and data elements for the requested identity verification, personalize the cards with the identity credentials of authorized subjects, and deliver the personalized cards to the authorized subject along with appropriate instructions for protection and use.

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Manager, Municipal Sales is responsible for the development and implementation of the division sales strategy for municipal contract extensions, retentions, and new business of municipal hauling and homeowner association sales opportunities, to ensure growth, retention, and quality of revenue in the division/ area. The Manager, Municipal Sales also prospects, sells, and participates in account management and retention activities to ensure the long term targeted, profitable sales growth of municipal hauling and homeowners' association business, as well as supports and manages the government affairs activities in the assigned division.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Prospects, sells and proactively manages the business relationship within an assigned division for the municipal market. Negotiates pricing and contracts, including contract extensions, as appropriate. Ensures that all approved contract terms are met.
+ Attends bid conferences as necessary. Prepares and delivers responses to RFP's and bids, as well as, sales presentations and follows up directly with key decision-makers.
+ Develops and implements comprehensive account plans (sales, marketing and service programs/strategies) to achieve annual sales and profit objectives within the assigned territory. Involves the Area President and/or General Manager in sales and government relation's activities as needed.
+ Meets regularly with key decision-makers within assigned municipalities, state and federal agencies to enhance the company's position and continuously bring value-added services to the relationship.
+ Conducts on-site client reviews continually to ensure that quality service is effectively delivered, documents deficiencies and effectively recommends corrective action to operations team as appropriate.
+ Maintains an awareness of market dynamics and competitors' activity in areas where the company conducts business. Attends industry trade shows and participates in local or state industry associations and trade groups. **QUALIFICATIONS:**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Develops strategic direction for capture administration, driving proposal development operations, presentations and communications to produce high-quality marketplace proposals.
+ Works with management and leadership to proactively deliver compliant qualified proposals and strategies

+ Provides oversight direction for the quality control program to ensure that all accuracy standards are met. This manager-level position provides clinical and operational leadership for Value Realization activities, ensuring clinical workflows, adoption, and metrics are aligned with the Value Realization Framework. The Senior Manager directs teams responsible for workflow analysis, data validation, value measurement, and transformation strategy across multiple healthcare domains.
The role emphasizes people leadership, portfolio accountability, and executive engagement, ensuring Oracle Health delivers measurable improvements in productivity, adoption, safety, and Veteran outcomes across the Federal EHR program.
**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management
- Manage and mentor Senior Clinical Informaticists and other contributors, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement across the Value Realization team.
- Guide teams in applying informatics expertise to evaluate workflows, adoption trends, and improvement opportunities.
Value Realization Strategy & Execution
- Lead execution of the Value Realization Framework across clinical domains, ensuring alignment with VA strategic goals and deployment timelines.
- Collaborate on the design and validation of reports and dashboards to monitor adoption, productivity, safety, and quality outcomes.
- Identify, develop, and communicate success narratives demonstrating measurable value to VA stakeholders.
- Proactively assess workflow risks that impact key metrics and performance outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies.
Portfolio & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent Value Realization as a clinical leader in VA and Oracle cross-functional engagements.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights into adoption progress, barriers, and opportunities for optimization.
- Align the clinical informatics portfolio with broader Oracle Health reporting, analytics, and modernization efforts.
- Ensure delivery excellence and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, outcomes-driven delivery.
Operational Accountability
- Accountable for operational and financial metrics of the clinical informatics Value Realization portfolio.
- Ensure best practices, operational policies, and continuous process improvements are applied across the team.
- Contribute to OHGS's broader goals, including reporting modernization, optimization project plans, and contract deliverables.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of healthcare and consulting experience, including 4+ years in clinical informatics/consulting and 2+ years in leadership/project management.
- Advanced clinical, informatics, or healthcare operations background strongly preferred (RN, MD, PharmD, or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, mobilize cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable adoption outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, EHR adoption, and performance improvement strategies.
- Experience in key metric development, workflow risk analysis, and dashboard/report validation.
- Excellent executive communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across organizational levels.
- Ability to travel as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
