The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine DevOps tasks, including managing metadata files and Jenkins jobs, as well as handling AWS configurations and auto-scaling. This role requires strong client interaction skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Your key responsibilities

Work Order Management: Focus on LACS login work orders, ensuring efficient processing and resolution.

DevOps Routine Tasks: Manage metadata files (jobs) and Jenkins jobs to promote work effectively.

AWS Management: Configure and manage AWS environments, including auto-scaling and other configurations.

Test Account Creation: Utilize AMD (GraphQL) Playground and Test Account Creation Tool (TACT) to create test accounts for users, primarily in the ICAM Test environment.

SSO Integrations:

New Integrations: Collaborate with service providers to integrate new SSO solutions with ICAM SSO. This includes creating metadata XML files, adding them to the SAML Metadata repository, and deploying them across various environments.

Existing Integrations: Update and maintain existing SSO integrations by modifying metadata XML files and redeploying them as necessary.

SSO Catalog Management: Add tiles to the SSO Catalog, enabling users to access their applications seamlessly. This involves updating entries in the SSO Catalog database.
Skills and attributes for Success

Familiarity with Java, GraphQL, Git, Agile methodologies, MySQL databases, XML, curl, LDAP/AD, Jenkins, Chef, Ansible, and AWS.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $104,800 to $92,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 125,800 to 218,500. Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for the Governance and Compliance of the Government Property Management System.
Leads the Government Property Management function, including problem resolution and acting as liaison with operations management, contracts, procurement, and other functions.
Ensures the Property Management System complies with FAR part 52.245-1, DFARS -Contractor Property Management System Administration, and DFARS Management and Reporting of Government Property.
Prepares internal and external reports pertaining to government property.
Maintains auditable backup data and files, e.g., self-assessment reports, physical inventory reports, subcontractor audits, Government property disposition reports, Government property completion certificates.
Develops and delivers training to internal stakeholders on company policy and procedures for administering government property.
Develops and maintains a self-assessment program to perform periodic internal reviews and audits. Requires travel to multiple locations.
Direct interface with Government agencies (including the Defense Contract Management Agency) and cognizant agency Property Administrators on Government Property Audits, transfers, closeouts, inventories, and other inquiries for all cognizant prime and subcontracts.
Reviews vendor/subcontractors control of government property in coordination with the Purchasing and Subcontracts Departments, and Program Management.
Provides government property guidance on all contract awards. Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Interfaces with other company stakeholders, including Operations and Contracts, to ensure accurate and timely property record keeping and reporting.
Responsible for developing and implementing solutions to problems identified within the property management system.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of government regulations pertaining to government property and applies them in managing the companys government property program. Maintains an awareness of regulatory changes and their impact on government property in company contracts.
Maintains regular communication with each program having government property and timely investigates and reports any loss of Government property to the Contracting Office Property Administrator.
Following investigation, submits a final loss report in accordance with the contract.
When appropriate, establishes a case in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for the Plant Clearance Officer to provide disposition instructions on excess property.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, US citizenship is required.
Bachelors degree and 68 years as a Government Property Manager.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Solid working knowledge of FAR part 52.245-1 and 45, DFARS part 245, and other contract clauses involving government property.
Strong working knowledge of PIEE and GFP Government Property Module.
Property Certification from the National Property Management Association (NPMA).
Experience in a Defense Contracting environment.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment and be able to multi-task and prioritize work activities.
Desired Skills:
3+ years of leadership experience as a supervisor or manager.
Security clearance preferred.
