**The opportunity**
Our Government & Public Sector-Financial Accounting Advisory Services (GPS-FAAS) team is growing exponentially, and as a Senior Manager you'll play a key role in that growth. **Your key responsibilities**
The nature of this role means no two projects will be the same. That means you'll need to think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues. **To qualify for the role you must have**

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $145,200 to $31,800. The Pharmacy Government Stars Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving the quality performance of Government programs, particularly Medicare, with a strong focus on clinical measures and patient outcomes. This role plays a key part in CMS Stars initiatives, including but not limited to medication adherence, MTM (Medication Therapy Management), SUPD (Statin Use in Persons with Diabetes), and other targeted projects aimed at improving CMS Star Ratings.
The incumbent serves as a liaison between members, providers, pharmacies, and internal teams, delivering superior customer service aligned with company values, policies, and quality standards. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent medication fills and appropriate usage, coordinating prescription refills with physicians, and working with pharmacies to prevent delays in medication access.

**Job Requirements:**
+ Master's degree in public policy or relevant field strongly preferred

**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Develops strategic direction for capture administration, driving proposal development operations, presentations and communications to produce high-quality marketplace proposals.

This job provides supervisory direction and oversight for all enrollment, premium billing, claims and/or customer service telephone and written correspondence inquiries (routine, priority Congressional / Department of Defense), and appeals. Ensures that all processes are compliant with requirements and performance standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include: provides supervisor direction, scheduling and support for customer service representatives on both day and overnight work schedules, provides technical support an coaching/mentoring of direct reports, utilizes workforce and inventory management tools/reports to ensure work is evenly distributed for multiple contracts and that adequate resources are allocated to ensure timeliness standards are met for each contract, provides oversight support for the quality control program and initial and ongoing training and mentor programs, and assists to provide interview/hiring and audit support when needed.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervises the daily operations and workforce work distribution to ensure that standards are met for all contracts. Collaborates with other management staff to prioritize and adjust work assignment throughout the day depending on aging and influx of work.
+ Interfaces with direct reports daily to provide technical support, coaching, mentoring, reinforcement training and cross-training skill development. Inspires and motivates staff to work to their full potential. Provides routine employee feedback and monthly/annual formal review of performance, achievements, and noting areas where improvement is needed to meet expectations and standards.
+ Ensures that dental policy and contract requirements and procedures are current and consistently applied. Provides timely updates to staff. Drafts operation documentation and how-to directives, and instructional memos, as needed, to provide additional clarity.
+ Assists to review scheduling of customer service staff to assess the varied work shifts that are needed to handle high call volume periods throughout the day and evening. Updates the workforce management system of staffing changes throughout the day to ensure adequate staff are available during peak call periods.
+ Assists to interview and hire new staff. Assists to set-up the mentor program immediately following each class. Employees are cross-trained on multiple contracts and enhanced skill functions; therefore staff development is continually-going.
+ Provides oversight direction for the quality control program to ensure that all accuracy standards are met. Ensures that the appropriate sampling is performed, provides employees with routine, timely updates on performance. Provides positive feedback and suggests methods to enhance performance when appropriate. Develops a corrective plan of action, including additional training, if accuracy standards are not met.
+ Works to expedite the resolution of employee issues and technical/systems problems. Provides research and technical support need to address complex claims and inquiries and/or when systems problems occur. Provides direction for priority Congressional and Department of Defense inquiries and appeals.
+ Performs administration tasks such as leave approvals and functions as a lead/participant in meetings as the department representative. Works on projects and assists with Government and internal audit as needed.

The Functional Consultant role is a challenging, exciting opportunity for you to develop and implement solutions for our NetSuite for Government Planning and Budgeting product within our growing industry unit. In this role you will work with multiple NetSuite for Government customers and be responsible for the successful design and delivery of the application. You will work with a strong project team of leaders in the Oracle Local Government Industry Unit, along with Product, Development and Support organizations to focus on delivering a world-class implementation of Oracle software and products.
You will use your experience in EPM implementations to identify customer needs and lead the delivery of a successful implementation activities. You will use your strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to develop successful solutions on projects with sophisticated business requirements. You will use your strong influence and collaboration skills to work successfully with internal stakeholders and customers.
**Responsibilities**
**What you will do:**
+ Use your background in EPM and government budgeting to lead, develop, test, and deploy delivery of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting functional and technical solutions for the customer
+ Build and maintain Essbase Outlines, Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension Builds, Data Loads and Batch Automation Scripts
+ Conduct formal workshops with the client to agree the solution design, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer's needs
+ Develop trusted relationships with customers, set expectations, provide meaningful and timely communication, to deliver on promises and commitments
+ Partner with Product, Development, and Support to define and develop implementation tools and practices for future projects
+ Provide regular status on deliverables and milestones to the project team and to the customer
+ Exercise creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques
+ Exhibit strong executive presence and ability to interact with key project sponsors
**What you've done:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5+ years of proven professional experience as practitioner and/or implementation consultant/Lead, either working with Oracle EPM solutions within a consultancy or working within a company finance function.
+ Ability to plan and facilitate design sessions and to conceptualize a solution of significant scope, across multiple business processes.
+ Proven self-starter that proactively develops working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
+ Strong analytical and time management skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This position is responsible for new account development and/or growing existing accounts within an established geographic or named account territory, specifically for State & Local Government.
**Detailed Description:**
A Cloud Data Platform Sales Rep works to identify, qualify, and deliver Oracle's end-to-end cloud products and solutions across PaaS pillar via private or public cloud.
+ Responsible for the account plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.
+ Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies.
+ Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications.
+ Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers. Drives company strategy into assigned accounts.
+ Follows all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.
+ Ensures that the company's sales programs are known and completed in assigned territory, including personal follow-up and engagement in selected opportunities.
+ Achieves or exceeds the quarterly and annual sales goals for both cloud solutions and their respective on-prem solutions. May travel frequently

Platform as a Service (PaaS) - Oracle Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) helps enterprise IT and independent software vendor (ISV) developers rapidly build and deploy rich applications - or extend Oracle Cloud SaaS apps - using an enterprise-grade cloud platform based on Oracle's data.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,800 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
