The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $78,400 to $29,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 94,100 to 147,000. Seeking a full-time contract manager with a broad range of experience and a well-demonstrated interest in government contract management to join McKesson's Government Contracting team. Position Description:
- Support the evaluation of new business opportunities in coordination with sales, legal, and other internal partners
- Primary responsibility for administration of key federal, state, and/or local government contracts, including responding to and tracking inbound requests, basic review and contract interpretation, routing requests to team members for response, archiving and maintaining records of all work material
- Support contract negotiation and execution with customers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Review, drafting memo, and coordination of employees seeking government office under CPS 004 Political Activity
• Initial review and drafting of Conflict of Interest (COIN) reviews
• Consultant Package Reviews for Compliance with Revolving Door Statues and Post-Government Employment Restrictions
• Ensures LMGA Consultants are fully vetted and documentation is consistent with CRX-010 requirements; support due diligence reviews
• Draft LMGA consultant contracts with template and to include unique restrictions and variables as guided by LMGA Assoc. General Counsel and the Consultant Compliance & Strategy Team

What You'll Do:
+ V2X is looking for a Director of Government Relations to provide research, analysis establish relationships with Federal Governmental Leaders and related support relevant to V2X existing and future contemplated programs. For this role, we are looking for a candidate who is organized, proactive, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to help build the Government Relations function for an industry-leading federal government contractor.
+ The Director of Government Relations will work to and support the Chief Growth Officer will participate in the management of V2X' government relations activities which include issues management and analysis and advocacy activities with prioritized, relevant government officials at all levels; and will support the corporation's activities in the political and public policy areas.
+ The Director of Government Relations serves as a member of the V2X Business Development Team and represents V2X' interests before federal governments. The Director works under the supervision of the Chief Growth Officer to leverage federal policy efforts to protect and grow V2X's business national and internationally. This role requires significant leadership and business acumen, and works across V2X to coordinate business, technical, legal and other inputs to effectively represent V2X before legislatures and regulatory bodies in the US and other international countries.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Actively track federal legislative and regulatory developments including US Federal government budgets.
+ Design and manage the V2XClient Engagement Strategy for all Governmental officials
+ Draft presentations, write papers and talking points for V2X staff in support of activities focused on both internal and external audiences.
