Your key responsibilities

We'll look to you to interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology transformation. Your responsibilities will also include to manage, assess, and implement changes to the related deliverables. You can expect to help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives.

You will be responsible for supporting EY's technology transformation in a Database Analyst role. Provide dedicated support to the government by performing the following activities:

• Client Interaction: Engage directly with customers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to coordinate, validate, and socialize technology transformation initiatives.

• Project Management: Manage, assess, and implement changes to deliverables related to technology transformation projects.

• Technology-Enabled Transformation: Assist clients in achieving their business objectives through technology-enabled transformation.

• Learning and Development: Gain exposure to leading practices in technology transformation and delivery, and address a wide variety of business issues using technology.

• Role Model: Uphold EY's core values and maintain and expand client relationships through high-quality work.

• Database Analyst Role: Support EY's technology transformation as a Database Analyst, providing dedicated support to government projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator or a similar role.

• Clearance: Eligible and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $87,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 122,900 to 213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

The incumbent serves as a Government Info Specialist within the Enterprise Records Service (ERS); Office of FOIA, Records Management and Assessment Compliance (FOIARM&AC), Compliance Risk & Remediation (CRR); Office of Information Technology (OIT). The incumbent reports solely and exclusively to the ERS Director, a GS-15 level position.

• The incumbent develops and disseminates ERM program strategies, objectives, goals, frameworks, and policy and administrative guidance for the Department-wide collection/ intake, retention, version control, and retirement of essential records in both electronic and paper form, in line with Federal statutes and regulations as well as Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) directives and guidance.
• Serving as a subject matter expert and organizational go-to person for records management, the incumbent provides expert guidance and practical advice to customers and stakeholders across the VA records management community with respect to records keeping practices, and ensures community compliance with the Federal Records Act, NARA policies, and VA specific records management policies, also providing guidance on use of and/or compliance with NARA tools such as the Archives and Records Centers Information System (ARCIS) and Electronic Records Archive (ERA.)
• The incumbent leverages all available quantitative and qualitative information to analyze ERM program measures/metrics, apparent trends/patterns, and outcomes across the various administrations, staff offices, and business lines, and makes specific recommendations for legal compliance, procedural improvements, or any other appropriate corrective action at individual nodes or program components.

AT&T has an opening for a Logistician to support property manager duties; complete monthly inventory reports per government guidelines; support inventory control process to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred; maintain the Defense Property Accountability System by providing entries for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property and excessed property; may be required to respond to after-hours requests as required in a 24 x 7 environment or as needed to meet program SLAs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supporting physical inventory of assets.
• Maintaining supply chain management and chain of custody for the life of all assets to help protect from the inadvertent purchase of counterfeit and/or illegally modified products.
• Supporting the acquisition, oversight, and tracking of hardware assets and materials and provide the activities necessary to operate and maintain hardware assets.
• Analyzing, model, and optimize logistics capabilities using advanced software which covers location of sites, allocation of resources, inventory placement and size, selection of transportation mode, freight consolidation, closed loop tours, dedicated opportunities, continuous moves, etc.
• Collecting, processing, and maintaining data for analysis.
• Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting solutions.
• Refining procedures for analysis.
• Assisting in the development of internal analysis tools.
• Communicating effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, vendors, team partners, and other staff members.

Required Clearance: TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications: Two (2) to Four (4) years of experience working as Logistician. Experience shall include: property accounting processes to include the associated forms. Shall possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems. Professional experience shall include ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and preferably have experience with MS Project. Must have experience with large scale enterprise IT contracts. Must be able to drive an ATT vehicle.
