We are looking for a senior product manager with experience building products with complex requirements and operating in high compliance environments. This role fits candidates with stellar execution, technical depth and excellent communication skills.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. This role will include travels, in particular to Washington DC.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape and build the key product and technical solutions to enable governments to leverage AI.
  • Be responsible for defining and delivering key agent build blocks such as orchestrating models and tools, guardrails and human interventions, and allow teams to inspect and improve those agent applications.

We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers building core products and infrastructure for these customers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments, enjoys managing teams while staying close to the code, and wants to work on meaningful problems that impact real world operations across the U.S. government. You'll play a critical role in delivering backend systems, distributed platforms, and ML tooling used by our public sector partners-all while helping your team grow and execute.

You'll split your time between technical planning and execution (50%) and people management and team development (50%) , leading a team of 6-8 engineers. Mission

The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers building core products and infrastructure for these customers.
