Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $23 per hour.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred

Responsibilities Include:

- Update patient charts to reflect changes in demographics, medications, diagnoses, allergies, and other relevant details.

- Facilitate internal and external referrals as requested by providers.
- Collaborate with the Client Access Team to ensure the timely and efficient handling of current and prospective patient needs.
- Manage scheduling tasks, including booking, canceling, and rescheduling appointments.
- Assist with collecting copays, resolving past due balances, and setting up payment plans when needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned or required to support operations.
- Travel requirements: 0-25%. Travel is expected within and across MN clinics as needed.
