The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus. A minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development within higher education is required. Proven experience in leading curriculum design projects and managing instructional design teams is essential. Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and various learning management systems (LMS) is mandatory. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are required. Experience with assessment design and accreditation processes is highly desirable.
