The Director of Continuous Improvement will establish and lead our Continuous Improvement (CI) function within Pharmaron CPC. This leadership role is responsible for building the CI department, defining its strategy, and driving operational excellence across our business and clinical operations.

The Role
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for our new Rockrimmon, CO location. As a member of the Continuous Improvement Team, you will coach all levels of the organization on Lean Systems thinking, problem solving, and improvement methodologies. You will act in coordination with the Senior Leadership Team and Continuous Improvement Manager as a change agent as we continue to implement and build upon the Entegris Way. This includes leading high impact projects, working within the functional areas to build capability and maturity, and ensuring sustainable improvements are made.
What You'll Do

- Contributor to the development and execution of the Entegris Way CI Roadmap.

The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:
The Continuous Improvement Lead will drive and facilitate the business unit activities on Lean and Continuous Improvement. This individual is responsible for implementation and oversight of lean manufacturing principles throughout the organization, training and ongoing programs. Collaborate with management, customers, suppliers, and others to identify and facilitate key projects that will improve quality, reduce cost, improve cycle time and provide optimum benefits to customers and the business through waste reduction. Train production teams in lean manufacturing initiatives such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Takt time analysis, Poke Yoke, Cell Design and Kaizen. Manage project activities including communication, project timeline, meeting facilitation, data gathering and processing, utilizing lean tools, solutions implementation, and follow-up.

What You'll Do at Justrite:
- Lead the Lean/Continuous Improvement process at the facility. Manage the planning, facilitation, and completion of continuous improvement projects to support cost reduction and elimination of waste for the company. Serve as leader, change agent and coach for lean strategies and initiatives. Drive culture change toward a lean philosophy. Investigate various types of new machines, equipment, and processes to gain versatility, diversification of production features required, prices, safety enhancements and other conditions involved. Prepare reports and recommendations for management information related to make strategic decisions. Provide input on capital programs.
- Advance the organization in the areas of Lean and Continuous Improvement. Deliver training in process redesign, lean tools, and other initiatives. Provide ongoing updates on progress and measurable results to leadership and the rest of the organization.
- Work closely with other departments to develop, communicate and execute lean initiatives. Provide leadership in communicating and executing continuous improvement and lean programs. Track and report data to support lean and obtain the needed buy-in for initiatives.
- Prepare and carry out approved recommendations to include tool redesign and alterations, change of material specifications, dimensions, methods, routing, safety enhancements, etc.
- Coordinate, summarize, and guide technical facets of assignments in the area of obtaining and organizing informational data and analyzing roadblocks and providing solutions.
- Drive operations change through process improvement and leading by example
Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
- Preferred BS in Engineering or Operations Management. Certified Black Belt/Six Sigma a plus. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in the metal working industry with background and technique in the fabrication area.
- Proven experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience working in a team environment preferably with a small to medium-sized company.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- The ability to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated issues, and to generate solutions. The ability to think, produce and implement new ideas.
- Managing technical/specialized project work methodically and efficiently. Meeting technical/specialized work demands.
- Creating and organizing timely options to achieve competitive advantage. Defining future direction.
- Experience with Solid Works or similar 3D CAD, MiniTab and MAPICS is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Required experience in lean tools (value stream mapping, SMED, TPM, Standard Work)
- Proven track record of leading lean initiatives to achieve business results.
- Proven & effective facilitation, leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Assesses work activities and allocates resources appropriately.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.

Function:
The Continuous Improvement Specialist (Lead) is responsible for leading and supporting organizational efforts to improve business processes using lean methodologies. This role partners with process leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute Kaizen events and problem-solving projects that align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lean expert and internal consultant across all organizational levels.
- Coach and mentor leaders in Continuous Improvement (CI) practices, including Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI).
- Lead Kaizen events, from planning and execution to post-event follow-up and sustainment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments (e.g., Maintenance, Engineering, IT, Finance, Sales).
