CEG is actively in search of a Senior Energy Modeling and Green Building Analyst to become an integral part of a premier full-service environmental, engineering, and energy due diligence firm! Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze utility data for energy and water benchmarking.
  • Follow corporate energy audit process and leverage corporate tools to analyze energy efficiency and water efficiency measures.
  • Produce ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audits to comply with various financing requirements.
  • Inspect properties to collect data for Energy Audits and/or Green Building Verification.
  • Completes property site inspections based upon deadlines and budgetary goals.
  • Responsible for professional and timely communication with clients, developers, and property owners.
  • Develop Energy Models of multifamily apartments and produce reports highlighting energy-efficiency opportunities, energy benchmarking and green financing compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, sustainability or similar courses of study is preferred, but candidates with relevant work experience and technical instruction will be considered.
  • Demonstrated work experience in the areas of green building consulting/verification, energy auditing, energy modeling, construction project management, construction supervision, general contracting, and/or licensed trades.
  • Experience with performing building diagnostics such as blower door, duct leakage, and combustion safety testing.
  • ASHRAE Level I/II energy auditing experience.
  • RESNET Home Energy Rater (HERS) Certification and/or mix of Energy and Green Building Credentials such as BPI-MFBA, BPI-HHE, AEE-CEA, AEE-CEM, ASHRAE-BEMP, NGBS Green Verifier, LEED-AP, EarthCraft Technical Advisor, etc.
  • Preferred experience with energy modeling of residential dwelling units, experience with commercial and/or whole building modeling is a plus.
  • Energy modeling experience with REM/Rate or Ekotrope software.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate data/information carefully and solve problems
  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Design buildings for commercial, municipal, and academic buildings using Revit
  • Visit construction sites to make sure work is progressing according to plan
  • Communicate project status to both internal and external groups
  • Interact with project owners to solicit feedback on design needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Attend meetings and support PE as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a structural engineer with minimum of 2 years of work experience in building design (commercial, multifamily, retail, residential, municipal, etc.)
  • Our client is looking to hire an EIT or recent PE
  • Previous Revit experience is not quite a must have, but pretty close
  • Bachelors degree required, masters degree is a plus
  • Dedicated, energetic and willing to grow with this team

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects involving architectural, engineering, and interior design disciplines. This includes serving as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring all project aspects scope, budget, timeline, and quality are successfully managed in accordance with our firms standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle from design development to final delivery
  • Serve as the firms representative in all client communications and meetings
  • Manage project schedules and budgets proactively; take corrective action when needed
  • Prepare weekly project updates and detailed reports
  • Attend and facilitate all project-related meetings
  • Coordinate and lead design reviews across disciplines
  • Conduct and verify quality assurance audits and ensure control procedures are followed
  • Oversee large-scale projects including Senior Living, Multi-Family, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care Facilities (new construction and renovations) on a national scale
Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect in the State of Florida preferred (not required)
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer in Florida and active NCEES member (required for Electrical Engineer candidates)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management roles
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working on AHCA-regulated projects
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Multi-Family residential projects
  • Minimum 15 years of experience with large-scale healthcare and senior living developments
  • Proven portfolio of projects and clients across the U.S.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be confident in client-facing roles
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Self-motivated leader with a collaborative mindset and expertise in all phases of architecture and engineering
