**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Grinds or sands sharp edges and burrs from parts
+ Operates stroke, belt and orbital sanders along with pneumatic grinders
+ Works to close limits according to blueprints or other specifications
+ Responsible for pre-coating and/or final finish
+ Locate, drill, countersink, tap, spot face, counterbore, and ream holes per blueprints
+ Locate and weld studs per prints
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Good math skills
+ Basic computer skills
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Mobility requirements include standing, walking, reaching and bending

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging all the fine ingredients to be used in producing Wegmans Brand products. What will I do?
- Inform team members of actions completed by properly labeling all containers and carts, filling out log sheets, and completing tasks on batch cards
- Perform quality checks and properly handle products to ensure they meet Wegmans food safety standard
- Practice safety techniques, comply with equipment maintenance and use guidelines and labor laws, safely complete work, and maintain a clean work environment
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years Customer Service Experience
- 2 or more years of machine operating experience in a Manufacturing environment
