Position Summary The Store Director oversees all aspects of store operations and team leadership, driving performance, ensuring high standards of retail execution and customer experience, and developing leaders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the store leadership team to build a high-performing organization and minimize turnover.
- Ensure store-wide standards for cleanliness, maintenance, merchandising, and signage are consistently met.
- Foster a positive work environment with teamwork, respect, and high morale.
- Use data-driven strategies to drive sales growth, and adapt to local market conditions.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, labor, margins, and inventory.

What You Will Do
