The details: This opportunity entails being responsible for leading a multi-discipline group in the design, development and delivery of project tasks while managing scope, budget, and quality control. Oversees departments and sections financial metrics to ensure adherence with the group's goals and in align with office expectations. The Group Director collaborates with the office and division leadership to apply the firm's strategic sales and planning approaches while assisting with project pursuits and proposals. This position coordinates project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure clients are provided the proper resources at the appropriate time. Responsible for technical coaching and mentoring and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service. The number of employees directly and indirectly supervised by the Group Director - Engineering is at least 25 but typically 35 - 40 or more.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Directs and supervises the development and management of the operating budgets for the departments within the Group and coordination with the office's budget.
+ Responsible for the oversight of the group (multiple departments) activities, establish priorities and assign staff to projects. Collaborate with other groups, offices and divisions on work-sharing needs and opportunities.
+ Drives the implementation of the firm's strategic plan and HNTB's Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA) process on project pursuits and markets with the Group and office, including development of strategic planning strategies.
+ Drives the implementation of the firm's contracting (SCA) process through project delivery and contracting activities including scope, work plan and fee reviews for all contracting activities impacting the group.
+ Drives the implementation of the firm's project delivery (SDA) process including Work Planning, Monthly Project Reviews and other project performance methods to ensure quality work, on time, on schedule, to the client's satisfaction.
+ Assists in marketing responsibilities, including client discovery, proposal generation, interviews, and win-to-work activities
+ Maintains client contacts to ensure client satisfaction. Leads and assists in sales and marketing efforts for department's growth.
+ Assists in the development and execution of the office strategic plan. May participate of the Office Leadership Team (OLT)
+ Recruits, hires, develops and retains department staff within the group, including supporting Department Managers with the development of plans for staff reporting, performance and compensation reviews, and succession planning.
+ Manages assigned project management activities (project scope, schedule, budget and quality management) and performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specifications and plan preparation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, nursing or health care administration required. Advanced degree in business, nursing and/or healthcare administration, health science or related discipline preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle function. Five (5) years in hospital Case Management Leadership required. Multi-site hospital case management leadership experience preferred. Business planning and project management experience preferred.

Registered Nurse or LCSW/LMSW license; or relevant experience as approved by VP of Case Management required. Accredited Case Manager (ACM) preferred.

General Purpose of Job

Key Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Group Director of AI is responsible for driving research, consulting and change management initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) across Quad. This role will place a heavy emphasis on partnering with each business unit to identify, test, and implement AI-driven technologies that deliver measurable business results. By working directly with business leaders and leading a team of AI experts, this individual will ensure AI is leveraged to optimize processes, improve customer experiences, and create new revenue opportunities. A central focus of the role is consulting across Quad to identify opportunities for EBITDA enhancement by both increasing revenues and reducing costs. This role ensures Quad maintains a leadership position in the marketplace by embedding AI solutions that drive enterprise-wide transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope:
The Group Director of AI will collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders across all Quad divisions. This individual will directly lead a team of AI experts and regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with operational priorities and financial objectives. Additionally, they will engage external vendors, academic institutions, and industry partners to identify emerging technologies and best practices. As a thought leader, this role will provide strategic consulting to internal stakeholders and clients on AI opportunities, risks, and transformational strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Serve as Quad's strategic AI leader, providing vision, guidance, and consulting on AI initiatives that directly impact EBITDA through revenue growth and cost optimization.
+ Partner with leaders from each business unit to identify, test, and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to operational and financial priorities.
+ Lead and develop a high-performing team of AI experts, setting priorities, coaching, and ensuring strong collaboration across business units.
+ Lead cross-functional discovery and strategy sessions to uncover opportunities for AI adoption across all areas of Quad.
+ Conduct rigorous research and analysis of market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor solutions to assess feasibility, scalability, and business impact.
+ Develop and oversee implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
+ Drive organizational change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and integration of AI solutions.
+ Collaborate with Finance and Business Operations teams to model financial outcomes and quantify value creation from AI initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
