Responsible for completing psychosocial assessments, leading one on one and group therapy within a behavioral health space in accordance with evidence-based practices. Assesses patient needs based upon a face-to-face or telehealth clinical interview, case history review and information obtained from collateral sources such as family members, the referent or other parties. Recognizes signs/symptoms associated with risk of harm to self and/or others and implements appropriate interventions as necessary. Develops and implements an appropriate treatment plan of care for the patient based upon relevant clinical information and diagnosis. Evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment

· Perform psychosocial and diagnostic assessments

· Diagnose patients in accordance with the current DSM

· Involve collateral sources in patient’s treatment as clinically indicated (e.g., family, friends, etc.)
