Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics and Technology Solutions, this role supports intake, documentation, product management, and implementation of enterprise applications and data solutions. - Evangelize the firmwide development process for new and existing projects.
- Ensuring projects adhere to firmwide development processes.
- Lead the design, planning, and delivery of technology solutions that support the firm's strategic and operational goals.
- Contribute to and maintain the firm's technology roadmap and prioritize initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage technology projects from inception to completion and provide project implementation support for enterprise applications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and manage product and development backlogs in Azure DevOps.

Recent experience in deploying and training machine learning models.
Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Experience handling complex text and web data.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, C++, and bash command-line tools.
Knowledge of machine learning tools like NLTK or SpaCy.
