Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead and oversee the Clinical Strategic Planning efforts and Clinical Strategic Growth Programs
- Integrate the Clinical Strategic Planning efforts into the existing Strategic Planning Department
- Provides project management for development/implementation of key initiatives and enterprise critical projects. Monitors and manages key deliverables of the associated initiatives.
- Interacts closely with leaders to carry out key projects and works directly with stakeholders across the system to drive successful completion of tactical and strategic initiatives.

- Consults with and influences senior management at various levels in and across a wide variety of functions.

Required:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Health Administration (MHA), or related field of study.
- At least 7 years of demonstrated success/results in a consulting capacity (e.g., having overseen and managed multiple projects).
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, employees and teams to work toward deploying a different future state:
- Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
- Demonstrated strength in data-based decision-making, analysis, influencing and storytelling.

REQURIED SKILLS:
+ Effective and efficient organization and planning skills with the proven ability to manage complex multi-workstream performance improvement projects or multiple concurrent client engagements, while delegating and overseeing the work of junior team members.
+ Proven analytical and critical thinking skills required to synthesize complex data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and trends to implement recommendations resulting in measurable performance improvement and successful organizational change.
+ Impactful and professional written and verbal communication set clear project team direction, develop key deliverables, escalate risks, and influence key stakeholders inclusive of client and internal senior leadership.
+ Ability to collaborate with team members and client counterparts to understand business challenges, adapt implementation methodologies and approaches to ensure results align with client's business objectives.
+ Team leadership experience including building talent, training, supervising, coaching/mentoring, and performance management.

_The estimated salary range for this job is $130,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy and Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future._
