Provides strategic direction and oversight for daily Medical Staff Services operations. Collaborates with cross-functional leadership to address complex issues requiring in-depth regulatory knowledge and analysis. Develops, coordinates and maintains adherence to standard credentialing and recredentialing processes and policies.
Job Responsibility
1.Leads strategic direction and operational execution for Medical Staff Services, fostering alignment between departmental and organizational objectives.
2.Oversees all aspects of medical staff credentialing, ensuring accurate and timely information flow of confidential data.
3.Advises the effective use of operating resources and develops departmental efficiencies.
4.Develops, implements, and manages operational systems, databases, and quality reporting mechanisms.
5.Provides expert guidance and resolves complex operational and technical challenges.
6.Ensures compliance with departmental policies and processes and regulatory standards.
7.Provides strategic advice and guidance to inform system level strategies.
8.As an advanced subject matter expert, works at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the system.
9.Serves as a project/technical lead on larger projects or more complex assignments.

Job Qualification
*Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
*10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership /management experience, required.
