Description

Material Handlers perform any of the required functions in the Distribution Area to ensure that all daily requirements are met. Activities include supplying assembly and filling lines with components and transfer finished goods out of production.

Material Handlers are expected to perform material handling activities in a manner consistent with manufacturing department's goals and objectives, while adhering to workplace safety policies and procedures. Position Responsibilities:

? Loads and unloads materials shipped to and from interplant and outside facilities.

? Verify the accuracy of any transactions and compare it to what was actually produced, including physical inspection of goods to validate condition.

? Operate manual and power material handling equipment to retrieve, putaway and replenish materials throughout the facility and load onto transportation vehicles.

? Utilize Warehouse management systems to document and process shipping and receiving orders.

? Ensure correct pallets are used and built based on EXACTA and Customer supplier criteria.

? Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control as required.

? Troubleshoot and communicate problems to ensure timely turnover in shipping/sortation area.

? Complete a Pre?Shift Checklist on all powered material handling equipment including battery water, charging, and cleaning.

? Maintain a clean work environment, including sorting pallets, wrapping stacked cardboard on pallets, and communicating any quality changes.

? Follow all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP's).

? Perform various other duties as assigned including assisting with the training of new employees.

Qualifications

? Education: High school diploma or equivalent

? Experience: Some experience in general warehouse environment preferred

? Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate Basic Microsoft Windows Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)

? Forktruck certification mandatory after 90 days

? Effective communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing.

? Must obtain a Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) License

? Mechanical Aptitude

? Medium physical effort required

? Lifting 50 lbs. maximum and frequently lifting and carry up to 35 lbs.

? Ability to stand for several hours daily.

26th June, 2025Job Summary This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of one of the organization's most complex and high-profile customer accounts. This position serves as the primary liaison with this key account, ensuring contractual compliance, program performance, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, finance, and supply chain. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this individual will lead internal teams, manage risks, track program execution, and champion the organization's relationship with the customer to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities Act as the single point of accountability for the key customer program across multiple departments. Lead strategic planning, risk mitigation, and execution tracking for multiple large-scale projects. Oversee program deliverables in line with contract terms, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and safety standards. Maintain expert-level knowledge of contract requirements, billing structures, and compliance risks. Manage program-level financial performance, including P&L reporting, invoicing, and forecasting. Serve as the primary contact for the customer program and procurement stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration across project managers, engineers, buyers, and manufacturing teams. Lead regular internal governance processes and executive-level program reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-project reviews. Supervise a small cross-functional team (3-7 employees), guiding priorities and performance. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program/project management, including 7 years in a leadership role. Experience with material handling systems or similar technical programs strongly preferred. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role:

The Logistics & Material Handling Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing all activities relating to shipping, receiving and material handling. In addition, the position is responsible for obtaining pricing for freight and booking trucks (LTL and FTL) for transporting finished products to their destination in addition to the coordination of materials to suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages Material Handling associates, monitoring work and ensuring that shipping and receiving materials and products are handled / shipped in a timely manner. Refer to Material Handling Associate job description.
• Handles performance reviews for employees as well as approval for time off.
• Monitors and ensures materials are received, put away, isle ways are free and clear.
• Works with purchasing department to audit and monitor inventory, while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
• Solicits freight quotes.
• Coordinates product shipments to destination.
• Converts work in process to finish goods, close out production orders and create shipment records.
• Creates BOL's.
• Coordinates material shipments to suppliers.
• Coordinates and tracks international shipments, air and sea.
• Audits Freight bills for accuracy/discrepancies from quotation.
• Resolves and/or approves invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
• Research suppliers/freight carriers pricing to ensure competitiveness.
• Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
