Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline; an additional 5 years of hardware engineering experience might be substituted for a degree
7+ years of experience as a Hardware Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions
Experience with VHDL, Vilinx, Vivado or similar tools/technologies

**MEET THE TEAM**
You will join the Product Development Team as a Hardware Engineer in the Silicon Operations team taking Silicon One ASICS from prototype to production. You will be working with custom network processors, transceivers, mixed signal ICs, multi-die modules, bare die and stacked die.
This team drives the post-silicon validation cycle to meet Product Quality and Time to Market Metrics. We develop test requirements for groundbreaking IP, to minimize test overhead both in design and for production. We develop custom test solutions spanning high power, large dies and packages to cost-sensitive products.
**YOUR IMPACT**
In this role, you will own the end-end system test solution for your product, including:
+ Develop and customize the SLT hardware for high volume manufacturing (industrial design, automation support, power, performance, testability etc).
+ Bring up and validate hardware, SDK and test scripts.
+ Develop the tests for the characterization and volume manufacturing phases to optimize product cost, throughput and quality.
+ Collaborate with ASIC design, HW, ATE test groups to develop the end-end test solution and drive continuous improvements over product lifecycle.
+ Support hardware/ test related issues during the sustain phase.
We collaborate with ASIC design teams as well as several peer groups in Supply Chain Operations to influence Cisco Silicon One Productization Strategy.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ At least 5 years of experience with system level test in validation and/or manufacturing testing environments spanning application specification, infrastructure selection, execution, data collection and analysis.

Job Summary:
Infinity is seeking a Hardware Engineer to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command in maintaining and sustaining ground-based radar systems critical to U.S. and Allied missile warning, defense, and space surveillance missions. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, this role involves the design, development, testing, and integration of hardware components and systems, working closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, project managers, the Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong hardware design expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform electrical and mechanical (signal, power & thermal) analysis of systems, subsystems, to the component level.
+ Generation of engineering drawings in accordance with ASME and IEEE standards, including rack assembly drawings, interconnect wiring diagrams and custom cable assemblies. Generate CDRLs and DALs, specifications, drawings, schematics, wire lists, interconnects, interface design requirements, develop full technical data packages, and training materials.
+ Analysis of supplier LRUs, including step-file and 3D model review and compliance to specifications. Trouble shoot systems and subsystems to the component level and repair.
+ Develop requirements, design and develop replacement F3I systems, subsystems. Forward thinking designs that can be further used for new impending threats.
+ Provide lab and site integration, test, and maintenance support and troubleshooting systems to resolve complex issues, interact, and coordinate with engineers responsible for sustaining systems, sub-systems.
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
+ Experience: Minimum 2-5 years' of experience in hardware design and development.
+ Clearance Requirement: Secret
+ Minimum Skills Required:
+ Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and 2-5 years' experience.
+ Active Secret Clearance.
+ Understand the engineering life cycle in developing systems, and subsystems.
+ Experience in designing new or modifying existing products, developing technical specifications for production, analyzing hardware configuration and processing solutions, and testing hardware conformance to specifications.
+ Ability to support system integration, test, development, and execution of various types of complex systems.
+ Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with Ground Based Radars
+ Experience in Systems Engineering Processes
+ Experience sustaining GBRs, or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as PARCS and UEWR.
+ Knowledge of the Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment mission and associated enterprise.
+ Preferred RADAR design experience.
Work environment/Physical Requirements:
+ Primarily office-based, with occasional lab facility visits.
+ May require occasional travel to sites or client locations.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, typically working 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs. May require occasional travel to manufacturing sites or client locations.
