The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $129,000 - $193,000/YR. **Job Summary**
As part of team Alorica, you'll play an important role in managing multiple responsibilities while meeting production goals. This role requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and related software, as well as the ability to follow detailed work Instructions for each task. You must be comfortable diagnosing and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and identifying any potential quality concerns efficiently. You'll need strong problem-solving skills are essential, particularly when it comes to isolating and resolving common technical problems. Additionally, this role involves repairing and replacing desktop and laptop components, recognizing cosmetic defects, and performing necessary cosmetic repairs. Please note that the position is based in a warehouse environment.
**Job Requirements**
+ A+ Certification or equivalent OR related degree preferred
+ 6 months of experience repairing laptops or desktop computers
+ Able to pass basic terminology and troubleshooting/diagnostic computer repair activity
+ Able to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues as well as identify potential quality related problems quickly
+ Able to replace and repair desktop and laptop parts
+ Able to recognize cosmetic defects or flaws and be able to tear down/replace cosmetic repairs.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Software
+ Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve set production output goals
+ Regular and on-time attendance is required
+ Hours may occasionally exceed 40 hours per week
**Work Environment**
+ Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, warehouse environment.

**Physical Demands**
+ Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds, without assistance repetitively.

Job Description
The Electronics/Electrical Repair Technician is responsible for performing electrical and electronic repair on production equipment in addition to providing general facilities maintenance of the building. Applies knowledge of electrical/electronic principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Performs electrical installations on machinery and plant equipment
- Performs preventative maintenance such as upgrades and repairs on plant equipment
- Provides industrial electrical diagnosis and repairs
- Performs electrical and electronic troubleshooting on CNC machinery
- Assembles and wires electronic units and machine control systems using diagrams and schematics
- Disassembles and reassembles any item requiring repair
- Applies knowledge of standard test procedures for electrical equipment
- Performs other duties as required
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years hands on experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2-year technical degree
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose electrical issues independently
- Must be capable of dealing with 480 volts and 3 phase wiring safely
- Strong electronics aptitude
- Possess good judgement and exercises initiative
- Must be able to work from a ladder or lift and obtain a license to operate a tow motor as well as a scissor lift
