**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead PacSci's Chandler, Arizona manufacturing site. This executive will oversee a $100M+ multi-functional operation and a team of 200+, ensuring flawless daily execution while driving long-term operational transformation.
The Head of Operations will be a visible Gemba leader and champion of the Ralliant Business System (RBS)/Lean culture. Accountable for performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), this leader will also prioritize people development by building organizational capability, cultivating a high-performance culture, and positioning PacSci's Chandler operations for sustainable growth and continued impact in the aerospace and defense industries.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Site Operations Leadership - Lead all aspects of Chandler operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, customer commitments, and regulatory requirements.
+ Operational Excellence - Drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) through disciplined daily and visual management.
+ Strategic Transformation - Define and execute a site operations roadmap to modernize manufacturing systems, processes, and technologies, balancing immediate performance with long-term scalability.
+ Lean Leadership - Serve as a champion of RBS/Lean, embedding standard work, problem-solving, and Kaizen-driven culture throughout the site.
+ Cross-Functional Partnership - Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to enable seamless product lifecycle execution from design to full-scale production.
+ Financial Stewardship - Manage site-level P&L, budgets, and capital investment planning; lead cost optimization and productivity initiatives.
+ People Leadership - Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team (including Focused Factory Managers), drive succession planning, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and engagement.
+ Change Management & Growth Enablement - Lead change initiatives that enhance agility, integrate new capabilities, and enable expansion in aerospace/defense and adjacent industries.
+ Executive Representation - Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, representing operations in enterprise-level discussions and contributing to broader business decision-making.
**Qualifications**
+ 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing/operations, with at least 10 years in plant leadership.
+ Demonstrated success managing high-mix, low-volume, high-complexity operations, preferably in aerospace/defense or adjacent industries.
+ Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing/RBS, Six Sigma, or Toyota Production System methodologies.
+ Strong financial acumen with proven P&L and capital budget management experience.
+ Experience leading operational transformation and turnaround in complex, legacy environments.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence and inspire at all levels.
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
+ Ordnance experience strongly preferred.

Job Purpose
Contributes to new model cost target setting and achievement, budget forecasting and reporting, and supports directions within the PS&P Procurement Planning Unit to execute overall cost strategies and business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Help set and meet cost targets for new models with minimal support. Assist in pre-development cost estimations and investigations.

The NYC Department of Design and Construction seeks a Strategic Planning Coordinator to work within the Office of the Commissioner, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer as a member of the Strategic Initiatives team. The role of the Strategic Planning Coordinator will be to support the agency’s capital reform efforts, process improvements, and critical projects and programs. Specific tasks will include preparing reports, briefings, and other communications for internal and external audiences; tracking critical project and program issues; coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders; and monitoring and supporting implementation of strategic initiatives.
The Strategic Initiatives team advances key agency priorities and oversees policy and process changes as part of DDC’s Strategic Blueprint, a roadmap to capital delivery reform, working collaboratively with DDC’s divisions to ensure that DDC is a leader in capital project delivery. The team oversees the Blueprint and supports implementation across DDC’s divisions, represents DDC in citywide strategic planning efforts, aligns DDC’s external reporting and metrics with strategic priorities, and liaises with partner agencies, City Hall, and industry leaders to advance the agency’s policy agenda. In addition, the team provides support to critical projects and programs, key Commissioner’s Offices priorities, and interagency and intergovernmental coordination.

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team on an upcoming Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J-3/5/7 Operations and Strategic Support contract based at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD and MacDill AFB, FL, with flexible telework options. This opportunity involves supporting DISA's J-3/5/7 Directorate, which directs and synchronizes the DISA Network (DISN) to enable Joint Cyberspace Operations. The contractor will contribute to operational planning, strategic initiatives, program assessment, and task order management across four major task areas. Responsibilities include developing cyber operation plans, supporting DISA planning groups, advising senior leaders, delivering key policy documents and assessments, coordinating strategic communications, and supporting governance processes.
This position offers remote work flexibility.

The **Strategic Planning Manager** is responsible for overseeing corporate planning processes.
**How will you make an impact:**
+ Ensure that business and other staff unit plans are aligned and focused on corporate objectives.
+ Work with VP to ensure that appropriate analysis research and support are provided to various units within the company to produce a Board approved operational and strategic plan.
+ Develop and collect environmental issues and analysis.
+ Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
+ Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g., risk adjustment scoring by major groups, operational performance metrics) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.
+ Creates and publishes periodic reports, any necessary ad hoc reports, and presenting to management.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:**
+ Minimum 5 years experience in Medicare or risk adjustment strongly preferred.
+ Experience working with group retiree solutions strongly preferred.
+ Ability to manipulate large sets of data and knowledge of query tools strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated executive presentation and communication experience strongly preferred.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills strongly preferred.
+ Project management experience in a matrix environment preferred strongly preferred.
+ Proficient to advance knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SNOW strongly preferred.
