We are seeking a leader to serve as a Operations Manager supporting the Area 5 manufacturing team. We re looking for a high energy individual with a strong manufacturing background. You will lead a factory value stream that includes assembly, inspection and test. Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) is a dynamic product line located within the CEMA Business Area. We offer strong projected growth with opportunities for advancement.
_Flexible work schedule: 4/10s (Monday-Thursday) OR 9/80 with every other Friday off!_
In this position you will:
Maintain product flow and demand pull in a low mix environment
Ensure factory Quality, Delivery, and Cost (QDC) Metrics are achieved, and drive corrective action if necessary
Support the factory manager in ensuring Factory Support Allocation, utilization, and factory expense budgets are achieved and identify issues driving the metrics
Provide Technical leadership to the work team
Serve as focal point for issues internal and external to the Value Stream to ensure consistent delivery
Understand product cost and have the ability to perform variance analysis
Identify errors and initiate root cause, corrective/preventative actions as required using 8D Root Cause Corrective Action toolbox.
Drive continuous improvement and affordability for your assigned program/value stream.
Provide staffing recommendations as well as input to the non-exempt work force performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations stated by internal company policy and Federal, State and Local applicable standards
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Secret Security Clearance
At least 4 years manufacturing experience
People leadership experience
Experience with team building activities
Comfortable presenting and public speaking to include leading daily team huddles and standup meetings
Effective relationship-building & conflict skills
Demonstrated continuous improvement experience

Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney's industry-leading ad technology and products - driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney's sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms.
As a Senior Strategic Operations within Disney's Ad Technology organization, you will serve as a visual and narrative design expert-crafting high-quality executive materials that communicate the strategy, priorities, and impact of Disney's proprietary ad platforms. This role combines strong design sensibility with strategic insight, enabling leadership to make informed decisions, align teams, and drive execution across products like the Disney Ad Server (DAS) and Disney Real-Time Ad Exchange (DRAX).
You'll be responsible for creating compelling presentations, frameworks, and internal communications that clearly convey complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences alike. You'll also support the documentation and visualization of product delivery processes, and help organize communications across town halls, QBRs, and roadmap forums.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design and storytelling, who also understands the rhythm and rigor of scaled product and engineering organizations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver visually compelling, high-clarity presentations for executive reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Strategy leaders to shape and communicate organizational priorities through clean, modern, and consistent visual assets.
- Maintain and continuously improve a library of reusable design templates and strategic communication artifacts.
- Collaborate on the documentation of operating model workflows, intake processes, and product delivery frameworks.
- Support the organization and delivery of internal communications events such as org-wide town halls, planning offsites, and product releases.
- Ensure consistency and quality across visual communications by applying a high bar for structure, typography, formatting, and storytelling.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, internal communications, product marketing, or design - preferably in a tech, media, or advertising environment.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Exceptional presentation design skills with mastery of Google Slides and/or PowerPoint.
- Strong visual storytelling ability-able to distill complex information into clean, engaging narratives.
- Experience supporting VP-level or executive audiences with clear, strategic materials.
- Excellent attention to detail, layout, and visual consistency.
- Familiarity with Agile product organizations and the cadence of product planning and development.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Background in management consulting, internal communications, or product operations with a strong portfolio of executive-facing decks.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other design tools.
- Experience with digital advertising monetization.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale and Santa Monica is $126,400.00 to $69,500.00 per year, in Seattle is 132,500.00 to 177,600.00 per year, and in San Francisco is 138,500.00 to 185,600.00 per year.
