The Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to enhance the visibility and organic search performance of our apps and websites. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies that drive growth.

**Job Responsibilities:**
This role will focus on evolving and maturing our SEO approach for our resort brands and the Epic Pass. This role will partner with content marketing teams (PR, Earned Media, Organic Social), Digital Marketing teams (E-comm, IT), and will also interface with various lines of business (e.g. Season Pass, Ski/Ride School, Hospitality, My Epic Gear & Rentals).
What you'll do:
+ Define Vail Resorts' SEO and AI SEO strategy across current and new products and services.
+ Identify new opportunities to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic. Including full site and content audits to identify ways to improve site structure that increases organic ranking potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a pipeline of high-value clients by driving business development efforts through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic relationship management.
  • Negotiate best in class processes and terms of business with our clients that enable Nicoll Curtin to deliver its award-winning service to our new US accounts
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process : qualification, shortlisting, interview prep, offer negotiation, and client /contractor care and follow-up.
  • Work with Delivery teams to build and manage a pipeline of high-quality IT clients and contractors through innovative sourcing methods such as headhunting, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, ensuring repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
  • Keep accurate and timely data in the ATS/CRM to track activity and results

Candidate Profile

  • 4–10+ years of proven experience in executive search, ideally with exposure to the banking/financial services sector as well as IT and Technology.
  • A track record of building and maintaining clients from scratch or growing an existing one.
  • Experience selling and delivering on retained search, small staffing projects, and some RPO or RPO-style solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Sales-driven and achievement-oriented mindset.
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
