  • Strengthen RouteGenie’s security posture and compliance with SOC2 and HIPAA requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration across the engineering organization.

  • Proven success modernizing infrastructure and scaling SaaS platforms.
  • Strong technical foundation with recent hands-on experience in cloud architecture (AWS required), backend, or DevOps.
  • Familiarity with embedding compliance and security frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA).
  • Experience leading distributed technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare SaaS, logistics, or fleet management technology.
  • Track record of scaling mid-market SaaS into enterprise.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in software and operations.
  • Experience in PE-backed or profitable growth-stage companies.

Why Join RouteGenie
  • Impactful Mission: Help expand access to healthcare transportation by powering the technology behind it.
  • High-Growth Opportunity: Join a profitable, private capital-backed company with ambitious growth targets.
