We will count on you to:
- Work directly with the client and manage the request for proposal (RFP) process with health insurance carriers and internal analysts.

What you need to have:
- Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field plus one (1) year of experience in the position offered or a related position. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or a related position.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $98,400 - $137,000 per year.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000-$ 200,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Job Description
As a Health and Benefits Director you will lead client engagements involving the design and management of the full array of health and benefits programs. You will drive the strategy and grow relationships with current clients by leveraging your expertise alongside WTW's array of solutions and capabilities and will generate new business by participating in prospecting activities. You will have the opportunity to provide input into the evolution of the WTW Health and Benefits practice and to be a leader in the marketplace.
**The Role**
Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients in the design and management of their health and benefits programs. Responsibilities include:
+ Leading the client service team in the design and delivery of project plans; ensuring progress against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards
+ Proactively advising clients and ensuring the delivery of superior client service
+ Leading vendor procurement strategy, negotiation, implementation, and optimization activities

+ Materially growing Health and Benefits revenue through:

**Qualifications**
**The Requirements**
+ 10+ years' experience and demonstrated success in the design/management of complex health and welfare plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environment
+ Proven ability to generate revenue
+ Track record of success in managing and growing client relationships
+ An executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills
+ Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
+ State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
+ CEBS designation, or health and welfare actuarial or underwriting training desired
+ Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; HS diploma required
+ M&A experience is preferred

As a Health and Benefits Associate you will contribute to a wide variety of projects involving the design, financing and ongoing management of the full spectrum of health and benefit programs. You will support the project manager on select projects, interface with vendors and key clients internally and externally, create client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities:
Materially contribute to core health and benefits projects supporting the design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability and absence management benefits for clients. Responsibilities include:
+ Partnering with client service team leader to deliver superior project management
+ Providing superior client service in response to day-to-day service issues and questions (eligibility, carrier coverage and claims issues, compliance, etc.)
+ Preparation for client meetings (prepare agendas and materials, coordinate resources, etc.)
+ Supporting vendor procurement, implementation, and optimization activities
+ Providing benefit enrollment support, including preparing materials and presentations, verifying policy and plan information, and updating internal systems as necessary
+ Contributing to completion of reports and administrative actions for clients including Form 5500 filings, policy checking and delivery, monthly reporting of client and carrier information, summary plan descriptions and certificates
+ Supporting client service team leader in benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies
+ Conducting review of client deliverables to ensure alignment to client objectives, leverage of optimal WTW services and solutions, and adherence to WTW professional excellence standards
+ Facilitating benchmarking studies and other research; providing value added analyses and summaries

**Qualifications**
**Requirements:**
+ 2+ years' experience in professional services, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm or health underwriting / actuarial function of an insurance company
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables on time and within budget
+ Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner
+ Proven ability to identify and resolve issues
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills
