ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Represents the voice and face of ERP International to employees, partners and government officials
- Oversee all operational activities associated with fulfillment of staffing requirements, for their assigned contracts/task orders, which may include:
- Recruiting and staffing activities

Required Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other Healthcare related field or equivalent experience.

- Experience independently managing healthcare service/medical staffing contracts in the Federal and Commercial sectors, including DoD and VA

Job Responsibilities:
- Leads projects and day to day client relationships while demonstrating in-depth health and benefits knowledge, consultative skills, and practical application
- Possesses advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and abilities
- Works independently and delegates work to colleagues. Ensures own work and work of junior colleagues is complete and thorough
- Understands how H&B fits into broader benefits and Total Rewards context and the human capital management needs of our clients; links that understanding to other lines of business and other opportunities to help our clients solve their problems.
- Demonstrates understanding of how Aon's Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies operate within the Health & Benefits space
- Partners with the actuarial team to prepare and deliver financial analysis
- Partners with the broking team to prepare and deliver marketing analysis
- Manages carrier, vendor, and external partner relationships
- Has practical knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and performs plan document reviews
- Supports Private Equity Account Executive with mergers and acquisitions implementation strategy development and execution, harmonization analysis, and stand-up guidance of benefit programs post transaction closing
- Provide ad-hoc support to assist with conversation of due diligence targets to ongoing clients and growth opportunities

Required Experience:
