Job Duties:
- Compile data and prepare required statistical reports
- Initiate correspondence pertaining to medical records, medical board proceedings, line of duty investigations; and other records and reports pertaining to patient administration
- Apply knowledge of medical terminology as it applies to anatomy and physiology
- Maintain a medical record tracking system within the medical treatment facility
- Attend Basic and Advanced Training (paid)
Basic Qualifications:
- Age - 17 to 34 years old
- Education - Current Senior in High School(HS), HS Diploma, GED, GED equivalent, or higher education level completed
- Citizenship - U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident
- Submit to background and medical screening
- Receive a passing score on the ASVAB

**Program Management Senior Advisor -Product Manager**

The Program Management Senior Advisor - Product Manager is a key role within AAPS Roadmap and Agile Delivery. This role directly leads solutions that deliver value to our pre and post pay strategic programs by providing leadership, expertise, governance, and control within the AAPS Project/Agile Framework. Partnering with AAPS and Agile Leadership the PM is responsible for independently leading, planning, organizing, and controlling processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. This role identifies, suggests, and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes within AAPS and for our Matrix Business Partners across Cigna. The PM will actively participate, lead and contribute to the Agile Product Management Council (PMC) and will be responsible for the AAPS Delivery Roadmap and play an integral role in Strategic Planning. The PM will utilize in-depth professional knowledge and experience to set and assist in achieving departmental goals which align with our functional strategy. This role will focus on the achievement of departmental goals/financial goals and will play a significant part in driving the teams in achieving functional/technical delivery to our business, accountable for ensuring that priorities are met and appropriate business value is delivered.
**The Program Management Senior Advisor fulfills the following duties:**
+ Leadership, Coordination and guidance for Product Management Council.
+ Responsible for leading the efforts and communicating the Strategic Roadmap for AAPS Agile Delivery as part of the Product Management Council.
+ Partner and Coordinate activities with the Release Train Engineer and Architecture Team.
+ Responsible for presenting prioritized view of Roadmap with value, options, and potential tradeoff with full impact analysis for implementation timelines.
+ Elicit and translate business requirements into detailed Epic and Features.
+ Responsible for the oversight of fulfilling thorough business requirements from gathering and leading the teams to execution.
+ Responsible for creating/maintaining the PI Roadmap and Product Vision
+ Understand the scope of upcoming priorities for the AAPS business and related matrix partners.
+ Obtain continuous feedback from users/stakeholders on delivery process and quality of delivered products.
+ Act as the primary liaison and communications link between stakeholders and teams (ensures there is buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions). Viewed as respected Business Representative for the stakeholder.
+ Aggregate and align team objectives and commitments under Portfolio and Program EPICs and Objectives.
+ Drive continuous improvement and lead the team to use a variety of project methodologies that best fit the project, project timelines and project objectives.
+ Oversight, manage, escalate and track impediments, risks and dependencies as part of the Product Management Council.
+ Work collaboratively with IT partners and corporate support teams.
+ Effectively clarify and present business strategies and technology strategies into coherent framework to audiences for decision making along with technical partners.
+ Leadership and Oversight of product development stages (planning, refinement, review and sprint) including identifying areas for improvement prior to each iteration.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required.
+ Deep understanding of AAPS organization and the associated programs that are used deliver value to customers/stakeholders or similar operation is highly preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience/working knowledge of the Agile methodology required
+ 10+ years Project Management and/or business analyst experience required.
+ Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility with business users/stakeholders.
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel and Agile Tools, tracking software (such as JIRA and the Scaled Agile Framework)
