+ 2+ years of SQL and SAS programming experience working with large healthcare datasets.
+ Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
+ Proficiency in creating impactful data visualizations and presenting insights clearly and concisely using PowerPoint.
+ Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to extract meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
+ Self-motivated problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
