Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline in which business knowledge and an understanding of human resource practices are gained

Qualifications you'll bring as an HR Generalist:
- Have a bachelor's degree.
- Have 2+ years experience in Human Resources.

- Have strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel. PowerPoint will be useful; Peoplesoft experience preferred.
- Be able to identify and work through problems and conflicting issues in a clear and diplomatic manner.
- Be able to review and interpret data, transactions, policies, and business practices.
- Be an effective communicator (verbally and written) with teammates at all levels.

Position Details
- Job Title: HR Generalist
- Location: Houston, Texas
- Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $2,000 annually (Depending on Experience)
Role Summary
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations across core HR functions. You’ll manage recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Benefits Administration: Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews and employee development.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives.
- HR Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to support strategic planning.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Projects: Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR or related roles.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Effective problem-solving and time management
