As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will play a crucial role in helping to maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and being a welcoming presence for everyone on site. You will also assist with access control, monitor alarm panels, and provide prompt responses to any security-related concerns. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and address any security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the healthcare location to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and/or directing visitors as needed.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency incidents, such as evacuations or medical emergencies, by following established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site procedures.

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
