+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter disruptive activity.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
+ Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities within the facility to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and/or directing visitors as required by site-specific guidelines.
+ Work collaboratively with facility staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for employees, patients, and visitors.
+ Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
