Education and/or Experience Requirements:

ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Medix is currently seeking a Sailpoint Consultant for an immediate opportunity with one of our top Health System clients. Our client is based in the Eastern Time zone, and has ~20 affiliated hospitals / 250+ clinical sites in their region.

Our client implemented Sailpoint IdentityNow / Identity Services Cloud last year, and they have been experiencing several deep issues with automation and integration with other enterprise business-critical systems. This role will be conducting discovery of the current environment, identifying key areas to help resolve, and then providing the hands-on engineering expertise to bring the solution to production. We are seeking individuals who have 7-10 years experience with Sailpoint, and have had proven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with application onboarding, integration and automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working on a dedicated Identity & Access Management team, with the Sailpoint Identity Services Cloud / IdentityNow product
  • Serving as the Lead Engineer liaison between the IAM team and business-critical systems, working to onboard business applications to Sailpoint
  • Conducting discovery and assessing the current state of our client's Sailpoint Architecture
  • Identifying key business critical applications that need to be re-worked into Sailpoint
  • Redesigning and rebuilding the failed integrations and workflows
  • Establishing governance and sustainable automation
  • Identifying root causes of automation failures and designing / implementing scalable IAM solutions
  • Rebuilding the RBAC and automated provisioning flows from the HR platform (PeopleSoft)
  • Developing Powershell scripts to automate system provisioning tasks
  • Ensure proper role-based access flows across systems
  • Supporting API integration fixes, connector optimizations, and policy cleanup
  • Generating error and compliance reports; providing evidence for audit compliance
  • Coaching and training internal staff on IAM best practices as new solutions are rolled out
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 7-10+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years with Sailpoint IdentityNow / Identity Services Cloud (IDN/ISC)
  • Automated provisioning in Sailpoint
  • Prior experience onboarding enterprise applications into Sailpoint
  • Strong Microsoft Active Directory / Entra experience
  • Powershell experience
