**NOW HIRING: Healthcare Consultant (Case Management Coordinator)**
**Pay Range: $30-$1/hr.**
**Benefits: In-house nurse, PTO, 401(k), Medical/Dental**
**Location: Remote (must reside in Kentucky)**
**Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST | Flexibility required**
**Type: Temp-to-Hire | Multiple Openings**
Make a real impact from home by supporting children and families across Kentucky. Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Healthcare Consultants for a national client. This is a remote, case management role with long-term potential.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assess member needs and develop care strategies
+ Coordinate services and create wellness plans
+ Identify at-risk individuals and provide early interventions
+ Educate and empower members using motivational interviewing
+ Collaborate with internal teams and community providers
+ Maintain accurate documentation in care management systems
**Requirements:**
+ Must live in Kentucky and have reliable transportation (occasional community visits)
+ Bachelor's or non-licensed Master's in behavioral health or human services
+ 6+ months in foster care, juvenile justice, adoption assistance, trauma-informed care, or behavioral health
+ 2+ years in behavioral health, social services, psychology, or related field
+ 1+ year using MS Word and Excel
+ Flexible availability to meet member needs outside standard hours
**Preferred:**
+ 3+ years in behavioral health or social services
+ Experience with Kentucky SKY populations and evidence-based practices

**Pay Details:** 30.00 to 31.00 per hour
