**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, visitors, and patients.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain a secure environment for all individuals on site.
+ Support emergency response efforts as directed, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures as needed.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
+ A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
