Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
+ Minimum 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, with a focus on health insurance claims documentation.
+ Proven experience developing SOPs and process documentation.
+ Strong understanding of claims processing systems, terminology, and workflows.
