**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle; document detailed observations of unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
+ Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary (within company and customer guidelines)
+ Transport patients to the morgue, as needed
+ Assist in escorting patients from helicopter pad (high elevation) to the emergency room
+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches of policy.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
+ Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding individuals during evacuations and/or lockdowns as directed by site protocols.
+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming environment.

Compensation:

Molina Healthcare Services (HCS) works with members, providers and multidisciplinary team members to assess, facilitate, plan and coordinate an integrated delivery of care across the continuum, including behavioral health and long-term care, for members with high need potential. HCS staff work to ensure that patients progress toward desired outcomes with quality care that is medically appropriate and cost-effective based on the severity of illness and the site of service.
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
The VP, Healthcare Services is responsible for oversight and management of the state health plan's Healthcare Services (clinical operations) teams including Utilization Management (prior-authorization, inpatient review) and Care Management (case/health management and transition of care). This position works collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer to develop and implement processes to effectively manage clinical policies to meet healthcare cost and quality targets.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
