+ **Department:** Home Medical Services
+ **Schedule:** Full Time, Day Shift, 40hrs weekly, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (Rotating on-call schedule)

**Responsibilities**
Perform a variety of customer service functions.
+ Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
+ Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
+ Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
+ Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
+ Maintain records as appropriate.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
**Additional Preferences**
*Experience with computer based programs/software
*Ability to handle fast paced environment
*Ability to Multi-task
*Bilingual a plus
*Flexible Schedule
