- Graduate of a professional nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications must be obtained and maintained.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Progressive Care or ICU preferred.
- Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
- Familiarity with quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving techniques to enhance patient care quality.
