Summary : The Healthcare Coordinator will coordinate medical nursing services and oversee healthcare services, and medical documentation, and provide the supervision of assigned residential nursing staff.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (40 hours per week)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision of the daily nursing activities within assigned geography.
- Assess the needs of the individuals Bridgewell serves and incorporate an appropriate plan of care with the assigned nursing staff.
- Oversee the daily nursing clinical needs of the individuals by providing collaboration with the nursing team members, physicians, visiting nurse associations, and program staff.
- Provide support to the professional nursing team members to ensure competence with the DPH MAP system, clinical training, and medical issues.
- Assure regular communication between program directors, supervisors, and the nursing team.
- Provide supervision to the nursing team members assigned by holding monthly residential meetings and daily support for clinical questions or concerns.
- Communicate with the Director of Health Care by attending weekly supervision and by providing a weekly written report.
- Provide input and assist in the preparation of reporting staff members' evaluation process.
- Assist in the hiring and interview process for new nursing staff.
- The triage nursing team field calls for clinical assistance to assigned nursing team members.
- Attend pertinent meetings regarding changing health care status upon discharge from the hospital, LTCF, or other medically necessary situations.
- Oversee the transition and placement of new referrals to existing or newly developed Bridgewell programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Associate's or bachelor's Degree and current Registered Nurse license with the Massachusetts Board of Registration on Nursing.
- One year experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- One year of experience in a community setting.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of DDS Regulations, and CARF standards.
- Knowledge of behavior management and Human rights.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
+ Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
+ Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
+ Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)
+ Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.

+ Must possess one or more of the following:
+ Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
+ Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
+ Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
+ Associate's degree or higher in any discipline

Responsibilities:The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, managing, and supervising clinical services, programs, and staff dedicated to providing treatment services to clients. They assist with leading all facets of clinical program service delivery, including budgeting, marketing, staff recruitment, and supervision.

- Complete FCT/FS checkoffs and other internal trainings on schedule via e-learning.
- Develop the annual regional training schedule and lead regional training team meetings, with consult from Training and Clinical Development and/or Quality Teams.
- Provide coordination, scheduling, oversight, and management of the training and orientation of new service providers per the comprehensive training requirements list, checkoff processes, and any additional training required by Health Connect America or governing bodies.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and management of training and orientation in the Wheels of Change© course. Oversee daily tracking of the online course implementation, as well as coordinating and checking off of the applicable evidence-based practice certification for new service providers.
- Provide supervision and guidance on the clinical model implementation, including but not limited to participation in clinical assessments, field observations, individual training, and performance feedback per direction of the Program Director and Senior Director of Clinical and Leadership Development.
- Assist staff in meeting dosage requirements (frequency, intensity, and duration of contact) for service categories, as directed by Program Director and Training and Clinical Development Team.
- Consult and coordinate with Program Director and Director of Clinical and Leadership Development, avoiding triangulation with consistent use of Effective Feedback, Conflict Resolution.
- Demonstrate competence in required corporate level training (i.e., Incident Reporting, etc.).
- Complete minimum of weekly qualitative reviews and associated tracking for the region of client record documentation, including PCPs, authorization requests, notes, EHR reports, and file/fidelity audits as assigned.
- Required:
- Master’s degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice.
- At least two years’ experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.).
- Additional state-specific requirements:
- NC and VA: Must be registered or able to register as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional).
- MS: Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS (Provisionally Certified Community Support Specialist) in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS (Certified Community Support Specialist).
- AL: Must have completed a clinical practicum in area of study.
- Preferred:
- Experience in supervising staff.
- Family Centered Treatment and/or Fostering Solutions Certification.
- Active professional licensure or eligible and on track to obtain professional licensure.

Responsibilities:The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, managing, and supervising clinical services, programs, and staff dedicated to providing treatment services to clients. They assist with leading all facets of clinical program service delivery, including budgeting, marketing, staff recruitment, and supervision.
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and various individuals to answer inquiries, disseminate information, and address complaints.
- Assign caseloads and contribute to identifying hiring needs.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation and ongoing training sessions for staff members.
- Collaboratively develop staff in consultation with Program Director (PD).
- Responsible for supervisory level duties, as directed by the PD.
- Provide one-on-one clinical supervision to direct care staff and maintain documentation of supervision sessions.
- Provide clinical oversight in day-to-day operations, including handling client crises.
- Facilitate staff meetings to foster communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and review monthly financial statements.
- Participate in the development of the annual strategic plan.
- Collaborate in marketing efforts and regional territory development in alignment with the regional budget and strategic plan.
- Cultivate and nurture positive working relationships with potential and established referral sources to ensure service delivery and regional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulatory bodies and COA (Council on Accreditation) standards.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for staff positions.
- Review and ensure the completeness of clinical documentation, adhering to established timelines.
- Manage all client authorization requirements, including timely pre-certifications, concurrent reviews, and discharges.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide direct services to families, as needed.
- Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities and audits, as well as development and implementation of improvement plans.
- Responsible for the following when overseeing Family Centered Treatment (FCT) and/or Fostering Solutions (FS) services:
- Obtain certification in the applicable evidence-based practice within one year of employment.
- Complete FCT/FS checkoffs and other internal trainings on schedule via e-learning.
- Develop the annual regional training schedule and lead regional training team meetings, with consult from Training and Clinical Development and/or Quality Teams.
- Provide coordination, scheduling, oversight, and management of the training and orientation of new service providers per the comprehensive training requirements list, checkoff processes, and any additional training required by Health Connect America or governing bodies.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and management of training and orientation in the Wheels of Change© course. Oversee daily tracking of the online course implementation, as well as coordinating and checking off of the applicable evidence-based practice certification for new service providers.
- Provide supervision and guidance on the clinical model implementation, including but not limited to participation in clinical assessments, field observations, individual training, and performance feedback per direction of the Program Director and Senior Director of Clinical and Leadership Development.
- Assist staff in meeting dosage requirements (frequency, intensity, and duration of contact) for service categories, as directed by Program Director and Training and Clinical Development Team.
- Consult and coordinate with Program Director and Director of Clinical and Leadership Development, avoiding triangulation with consistent use of Effective Feedback, Conflict Resolution.
- Demonstrate competence in required corporate level training (i.e., Incident Reporting, etc.).
- Complete minimum of weekly qualitative reviews and associated tracking for the region of client record documentation, including PCPs, authorization requests, notes, EHR reports, and file/fidelity audits as assigned.
- Required:
- Master’s degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice.
- At least two years’ experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.).
- Additional state-specific requirements:
- NC and VA: Must be registered or able to register as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional).
- MS: Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS (Provisionally Certified Community Support Specialist) in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS (Certified Community Support Specialist).
- AL: Must have completed a clinical practicum in area of study.
- Preferred:
- Experience in supervising staff.
- Family Centered Treatment and/or Fostering Solutions Certification.
- Active professional licensure or eligible and on track to obtain professional licensure.

As the Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the successful clinical oversight and administration of the Counseling Program. Provide direct service as required and maintain a public awareness of the services of the unit.
This position is expected to function effectively with minimal supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate intake and referrals. Ensure case assignments are made in a fair and equitable manner;
- Assume responsibility for case assessment, appropriate treatment, supervision of ongoing service and case closure;
- Provide direct therapy service to clients;
- Write intakes, reports and closings according to unit expectations;
- Provide psychosocial assessments when required;
- Provide clinical evaluation as requested and submit written reports as required by policies and all contracts;
- Provide consultation to other units as needed;
- Assure compliance with all contract requirements and successfully complete all audits;
- Assure that case recording expectations are adequate to satisfy insurance company and agency expectations;
- Monitor end of the month reports. Maintain good working knowledge of billing statements and review those of the workers supervised;
- Coordinate vacation schedules to ensure adequate coverage and availability of services;
- Provide appropriate supervision to staff and interns as indicated by case supervision policy. Work to build a cohesive team and maintain positive staff morale;
- Ensure agency policies and procedures are enforced through completion of staff evaluations, conference requests, time sheets and reimbursement vouchers and review of utilization reports;
- Maintain awareness of current trends and best practice. Recommend changes in agency policies and practices when appropriate;
- Participate in preparation of annual budget, goals and objectives, and adherence to budget throughout the year;
- Maintain, enhance, and develop positive relationships with referral sources, community agencies, employers and individuals;
- Ensure effective operations through selection, training and orientation of new staff.
- Attend project team and community committee meetings as requested;
- Ensure that a 24 hour on call service is available and that clients are informed of this system;
- Assure timely billing and fee collection;
- Develop, update and maintain COA and substance abuse accreditation requirements;
- Establish and maintain referrals or contracts for psychological and psychiatric services;
- Ensure compliance with coordination of care policies and procedures;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited college with two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience or a Master's degree or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement, plus two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience/or bachelor's degree plus five (5) years clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences;
- Must have supervisory experience;
- Must be licensed to provide clinical services in the state of Michigan where the care provider is located;
- Demonstrate excellent clinical, therapeutic and crisis intervention skills;
- Demonstrated supervisory, verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrate the ability to assist with budget creation and achievement for the counseling department.
- Must be able to pass required medical examinations and have the physical ability to fulfill the essential job functions, including physical restraints of a resident;
- Successfully pass an annual TB test and document preference to receive or decline Hepatitis immunization;
- Computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential job functions;
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver'slicense with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalfof Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain areliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries; If direct contact with clients,proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases, including COVID is required;
