Responsibilities:
+ Submit and follow up on dental claims.
+ Maintain accurate billing records for St. Cecilia Foundation and Cornelia Moore cases.
+ Travel between Administration, Eastside Dental, and Goleta Dental as needed.
+ Assist with batch closings to support clinic operations.
+ Collaborate with dental managers on referral and recall list follow-ups.
+ Ensure compliance with insurance and legal billing regulations.
+ Communicate with patients, providers, and payers regarding billing inquiries and claim resolutions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve as a Clinic Supervisor in our outpatient setting. This role involves triage for the clinic, overseeing hospital and urgent care coordination, and performing Medical Assistant (MA) tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have outpatient and clinic experience, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be ready to lead a team.
