**OVERVIEW**
The Clinical Sales Support Specialist (CSSS) role will report into the XR BU and will be a clinical and solution subject matter expert to support the sales of XR Imaging Modality Solutions within CMSU. They will strategically plan product demonstrations and solution consulting based on the information provided to them by their Business Unit, CMSC, and input from field sales and modality specialists. This information will be used to deliver effective demonstrations both virtually and in person at Canon customer Regional and National Show Site Visits with the objective of closing sales opportunities. Assist sales teams in presenting the clinical/technical and competitive advantages of the product being promoted and to address clinical/technical questions raised by attending healthcare professionals. Involved directly in the development and maintenance of the existing customer reference sites and the Key Account list. As subject matter experts to provide direct and continuing âœhands onâ product training to the Sales Team and Applications Team as necessary.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

SALES & SALES SUPPORT
+ Support modality sales opportunities to drive competitive modality differentiation.
+ Provide customer consultation on the clinical & technical aspects of the Canon Solution.
+ Participate in applications and sales meetings, training and seminars.
+ Work with sales team to create strategic approach plan for product demonstration events and demonstrate the product for potential customers as outlined by the sales strategy.
+ SITE VISITS & KEY ACCOUNTS
+ Responsible for maintaining National and Regional show sites/key accounts and customer relationships to ensure ongoing and positive references.
+ Work collaboratively with host site in developing and training technologist in how to host a potential customer the Canon way, follow up with those sites on quarterly basis, observe their workflow to fill in training gaps, and to keep the clinical/sales touch current.
+ Provide clinical advice to improve utilization of the system and ancillary equipment in an effort to improve the customer's business.
+ Work with National and Regional Show Sites to ensure the Canon product and images will be presented optimally during the demonstration process.
+ Work with Show Site staff to ensure site readiness for customer visit.
+ Keep the show site customers up to date on current product and marketing positioning.
+ Interface with service to address any issues as it relates to show sites.
+ The show/demo sites are a reference list for potential customers (site/physicians/staff) to call for a Reference/expert opinion, engage with the RBM team to keep the Master Reference list and demo site profile literature current.
+ TRADE SHOW SUPPORT
+ Participate at Trade Shows as booth staffing, virtually and/or in person, as demo specialist and subject matter experts for sales support, as required.

+ KEY PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS
+ Represent CMSU as the clinical expert solutions expert at customer sales meetings to ensure healthcare professionals questions are answered satisfactorily.

The Product Marketing Manager, Clinical Decision Support, is responsible for leading our marketing efforts for Radiometer's Clinical Decision Support (CDS) portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages participants through their period of participation in the Program by monitoring overall program compliance, oversight of recovery activities, recommendations for treatment, and liaison with the Board.
- Conducts remote, telephonic assessment and reassessments of healthcare professional licensees to evaluate their status, overall compliance with program requirements, and progress in recovery.
- Contacts the participant, the appropriate Board/Committee (or their designee) or treatment providers, facilities and labs in response to participant non-compliance with the Program Agreement.

- Engages in quality assurance monitoring and evaluation for the Program, as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Behavioral Science, or related field strongly preferred.

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a behavioral health care setting focused on chemical dependency, recovery, and/or mental health.

Clinical Advocacy & Support has an unrelenting focus on the customer journey and ensuring we exceed expectations as we deliver clinical coverage and medical claims reviews. Our role is to empower providers and members with the tools and information needed to improve health outcomes, reduce variation in care, deliver seamless experience, and manage health care costs.
The Medical Director provides physician support to Enterprise Clinical Services operations, the organization responsible for the initial clinical review of service requests for Enterprise Clinical Services. The Medical Director collaborates with Enterprise Clinical Services leadership and staff to establish, implement, support, and maintain clinical and operational processes related to benefit coverage determinations, quality improvement and cost effectiveness of service for members. The Medical Director's activities primarily focus on the application of clinical knowledge in various utilization management activities with a focus on pre-service benefit and coverage determination or medical necessity (according to the benefit package), and on communication regarding this process with both network and non-network physicians, as well as other Enterprise Clinical Services.
The Medical Director collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and is actively involved in the management of medical benefits for all lines of business. The collaboration often involves the member's primary care provider or specialist physician. It is the primary responsibility of the medical director to ensure that the appropriate and most cost-effective quality medical care is provided to members.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct coverage reviews based on individual member plan benefits and national and proprietary coverage review policies, render coverage determinations
+ Document clinical review findings, actions, and outcomes in accordance with policies, and regulatory and accreditation requirements
+ Engage with requesting providers as needed in peer-to-peer discussions
+ Be knowledgeable in interpreting existing benefit language and policies in the process of clinical coverage reviews
+ Participate in daily clinical rounds as requested
+ Communicate and collaborate with network and non-network providers in pursuit of accurate and timely benefit determinations for plan participants while educating providers on benefit plans and medical policy
+ Communicate and collaborate with other internal partners
+ Call coverage rotation

**Required Qualifications:**
+ M.D or D.O.
+ Active unrestricted license to practice medicine
+ Board certification in an ABMS specialty
+ 5+ years of clinical practice experience after completing residency training
+ Sound understanding of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)
+ Proven solid PC skills, specifically using MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
+ Ability to participate in call coverage rotation
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Licensed in AZ, CA, MN, TX, KY, MD or HI
+ Board certified in family medicine or internal medicine
+ Experience in utilization and clinical coverage review
+ Proven excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, facilitation skills
+ Proven data analysis and interpretation aptitude
+ Proven innovative problem-solving skills

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,000 to $357,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
