• Lead the development of detailed architectural construction documents, including drawings and specifications, for healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architectural designers, engineers (structural, MEP, civil), and other consultants to ensure design integration.

• Assist in the bidding and construction administration phases, responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.

• Ensure project documentation adheres to firm standards and client requirements.
• Support project managers in scope definition and technical feasibility assessments.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role, with a significant focus on healthcare projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction materials, methods, and assemblies.
• Strong understanding of the design and construction process for complex building types, especially hospitals and medical facilities.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading a technical documentation team is a significant advantage.

The Coordinator will assist with the overall operational objectives of the Campus Operations team. A primary responsibility involves data entry for and system administrative support that focus on a more efficient and enhanced service level to the student and fellow employees. _In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.70 and $28.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
