Responsibilities
The Community Liaison, Medical Group is responsible for inbound/outbound communication and business development for HarmonyCares Medical Group (House calls). The role acts as the local market B2B, B2C, and D2C representative educating community partners and potential patients about the company, our mission and service offerings. The Community Liaison Medical Group will help facilitate patient transitions of care from area facilities and referral partners to HarmonyCares and will explain the benefits of enrollment to eligible patients and caregivers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Market analysis, along with competitive landscape, in which to differentiate our HarmonyCares services to external referral partners.
- Know and educate the community on our mission to provide high-quality personalized healthcare in the home for people that need it the most
- Meet and exceed agreed upon in person and virtual meeting goals with key decision makers
- Thoroughly understand eligibility and enrollment processes for HarmonyCares Medical Group
- Provide education on and facilitate, as requested, benefit enrollment and processes
- Track performance in CRM demonstrating plan and adherence to budgeted targets for a given region
- Schedule face-to-face or phone discussions with patients and their caregivers (or other legal representatives) to provide guidance on patient eligibility for all programs
- For patients interesting in being aligned or attributed to an accountable care organization (or other CMS alternative payment model) in which one of the Company’s practices are participating, inform them about the program; and, if they opt to voluntarily align, collect Voluntary Alignment Form from patients (or their legal representatives)
- Answer inbound calls from patients, families, and facility staff members regarding the Company’s business units operating in the relevant market
- Promptly, accurately, professionally triage all patient concerns related to care needs, scheduling and billing to the appropriate department
- Oversee and document outreach calls conducted and meetings scheduled with external sources
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and requirements, including without limitation those related to marketing (including marketing plans), interacting with referral sources and patients, beneficiary notifications, and conducting patient outreach (i.e., calls and in person)
- Comply with HIPAA privacy and security guidelines and company policies, procedures and standards
- Maintain consistent communication with sales leader and local Business Unit leadership and support staff

- Works with director team (primarily DMO and Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate support and workflow compliance that foster an environment optimal for patient care.
- Mentors and trains future clinical leaders as well as newly hired and tenured clinicians. Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement and reward and recognition.

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Associate Clinical Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supervising, training, and performance managing Clinical Directors in your designated market. You will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of center performance objectives, managing financial outcomes, driving growth, and nurturing a vibrant organizational culture. While some of your time will be dedicated to providing direct patient care as a Primary Care Provider (PCP), the majority will focus on leadership responsibilities to cultivate a high-performing clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accountability for clinical outcomes and oversee day-to-day operations of Medical Directors across multiple centers.
- Ensure clinical operations exceed market financial targets and achieve optimal performance.
- Mentor and coach Medical Directors to foster outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Drive talent development for PCPs and Medical Directors through training, performance management, and facilitating practice opportunities.
- Build and encourage a collaborative and service-oriented culture aligned with our core model and values.
- Assist in recruiting top-tier clinical talent and support ongoing development throughout their career lifecycle.
- Establish strong relationships within the community and with key stakeholders, enhancing our local presence.
- Promote a positive workplace environment by swiftly addressing and resolving any concerns.
- Review and approve center-level referrals, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Support market quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct scorecard reviews and contribute to quarterly clinical metric analyses.
- Train staff across our network as needed.
- Leverage knowledge of local dynamics to implement effective clinical initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of clinical service while managing your patient panel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related fields required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; 3 years preferred.
- Previous experience as a Medical Director with Medicare or Medicaid populations is strongly preferred.
- Board eligibility required; Board Certification in relevant specialties is preferred.
- Active medical license in the state of practice.
- Proven track record of clinical leadership and exceptional outcomes.
- Experience in population risk management or chronic disease care management.
- Effective at working with interdisciplinary teams and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Compensation Package:
Salary range: $250,426 - $357,752

Position Description
BEAR's Vice President of Construction (VPOC) has direct responsibility over all aspects of the healthcare sector, including profitability. Though sectors may vary throughout their development, it is anticipated that a healthcare sector can attain at least $50M in profitable annual volume. The VPOC must have existing strong relationships with healthcare and multiple industry clients, be an active networker seeking out industry events and other social engagements, and constantly target clients to expand relationships and become the go-to person in their healthcare sector.
The VPOC will manage an operating budget and serve as P&L leader for their business sector, and will be responsible for leading all preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, logistics, scheduling, and quality control. The VPOC provides strategic leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure effective construction project management and productive employees. The position requires an understanding of accounting financials and the reporting of results to senior management. The VPOC will help develop and execute short-term and long-term market strategies supporting the overall bottom line for BEAR Construction.
Position Requirements
Business Development and Profitability Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of the business sector's annual revenue and gross profit goals.
- Collaborate with ownership to develop growth and business strategies, plus execute action plans that deliver the profitability required for long-term continuity and alignment with BEAR corporate culture.
- Manage an operating budget and serve as P&L leader for their business sector.
- Create strategies to ensure an efficient, effective, and profitable operation.
- Actively network for new clients while maintaining and growing existing strong relationships with clients that could be leveraged for future work. Build client relationships at work and beyond work.
- Collaborate with BEAR Business Development to engage clients and build a stable and growing backlog.
- Collaborate with Legal and Accounting to mitigate risk.
- Assist in hiring and ongoing reviews of BEAR employees.
- Maintain an understanding of account financials and report these results to senior management.
- 20 years of proven experience in commercial construction project management.
- Leading the preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, logistics, scheduling, and quality control.
- Oversee multiple project management teams and/or manage large complex projects.
- Champion work site safety and ensure all OSHA and other regulatory guidelines are met.
- Collaborate with division leaders/principals/ownership to develop and implement vision for the company.
- Work with BEAR's safety, estimating, IT, field technology, business development and marketing teams to continually find ways to improve the organization's processes and remain cutting edge.
- Ensure project team alignment to the culture, values, and behaviors of BEAR Construction.
- Champion integration of all company sanctioned software such as Sage Estimating, P6 Scheduling, Procore, Salesforce, Viewpoint, etc. This includes training and implementation to ensure all members of the team are up to date, and all reporting is completed in a timely manner.

We are seeking a Medical Director for an outpatient clinic to utilize your leadership skills and expertise knowledge of medicine.Responsibilities:
- Leads and promotes collaboration across multiple fields and teams to achieve clinical and business outcomes.
- Develops and implements action plans to address gaps in financial performance and growth across service lines to achieve the annual business plan.
- Plans and carries out strategies as well as new clinical and business processes within the region.
